I could be reading this incorrectly, but it looks like you will be taking 45mg of ephedrine 5xday. That would be 225mg/day of ephedrine! As well as a gram of caffeine and aspirin!

Holy fuck is that a ton!

Let's just say this is total, it should be fine, but it does look a tad high on the aspirin side.

Anyways, I'd wait until after your post cycle therapy (pct) to start this. No real reason, just that you are usually doing all you can just to get through post cycle therapy (pct). If you think the eca would help, go for it.

You could also throw in tyrosine into the mix (I think the acetyl form) for an added kick.

Thank you ..........................I hope this will shred a lot of fat ......my calories right now are up to 5000....I was thinking dropping down to 2000....my bf+20% @ 265 pounds I'd like to get down to at least
15-6% @ 250 or so... ...... what do you think lots of cardio ,,,,switch to moderate weight HI rep...?.............

That's too much of a drop in cals. The lowest you'll want to go is 10-12 cals/lb bw.

Have you done this much ephedrine before? I wouldn't do more than 100mg/day, and even that I consider quite a bit. 50mg/day I have no problem with at all.

I'd switch to moderate carbs. Cardio is fine, so is moderate weight for high reps, if you consider 12-15 high reps (20 for squats). But don't turn your weight workout into cardio, the reason you are working out with weights in this situation is to deplete the muscle of glycogen as well as to signal your body to continue to hold onto the muscle.

As for LOTS of cardio, I'd say no. Look into hiit (high intensity interval training). That's the only way to go for fatburning, imo.
