I'm cutting down to get 2 bout 10% bf in prep 4 a upcoming cycle. I decided 2 try a eca stack. I left out the aspirin, got bronkaid w/25mg ephedrine and 200mg caffine pills. Taking 1 of each 3x daily. Been 4 days so far and since 2nd day I've had a headache, fuzzy feeling sinus type. A bit nauseous also. Got lots of energy but headache is keeping me down. Any 1 experience this with eca?

You're taking it 3x daily right off the bat? Well no duh it's kicking your bottom. Your sinuses are probably dry as the Sahara and the headaches are probably from all of that sudden CNS/SNS stimulation.

I personally could never take it 3x a day. I've tried. It doesn't do well with me. For me, it's 2x at most and frequently only 1x a day.
