Had about 3 weeks left of test and var cut and BOOM one morning collapse on the ground in an unreal amount of pain and rushed to the er. It was just appendicitis so got that taken care of on wednesday and doctor said no lifting or exercise for 4 weeks FML! I think ill just shoot the test i have left to maybe hold on to some muscle until I start lifting again 4 weeks isnt the end of the world makes you appreciate being injury free as this is my first big "bump" since ive started lifting.

A note to us lifters is Ive been going strong for just 3 years and they also found a hernia in my lower left abdomen that I had no idea about so goes to show anything can happen i guess

Yea man just pct. eat clean heal properly and you will be closer to your fresh start and a cycle. Good luck.

In my opinion I think doing a PCT while recoverying from surgery is just going to stress your body more. Couple that with the fact that you won't be able to lift through your PCT either aint good, you will lose a lot of muscle and that in itself is gonna hurt your hpta recovery too.
And lets face it - who has time to count cals every day and be motivated and strict on diet when you cant even get to the gym and going to lose a lot of muscle anyway?

Do what you think is best for your health bro. Personally I think you'd be better off staying on, recoverying from your surgery and then focus on recovering your hota. One thing at a time. That way you can at least lift light during pct and keep your diet on point.

It sucks but life gets in the way sometimes. My last cycle failed similarily - had a massive car accident just as I started PCT. No lifting and lack of motivation towards diet, by the time pct was over inlost all my gains and gained a fair few % in bodyfat. I'm sure the slowed my recovery too, never felt so shit in a PCT before as that one.

Maybe ill just run 250 test into next cycle?

Yeah a cruise dose would suffice. No need to blast if your not lifting, all I'm getting at is avouding PCT during your surgery recovery. Whether you cruise into pct or cruise and blast is up to you, obviously when you do eventually come off its gonna be a lot rougher the longer you stay on.
