Ok whatever you say matt tried to help ya. What do I know though just worked as a trainer for 7 years with 3 different certs one of them being NSCA. Good luck with it though
 
Not trying to argue with u bro, but the dorian yates proggy isa perfect proggy to be on a cut, keeps your strength up to the max with high intensity training, I am actually believe it or not making strength gains on this cut while loosing 1% bf per week, got about another 8 weeks on this cut then maintain

You have not dropped 6% bf. bigkit is right your training is off.. Im not familar with that routine but I'll bet you have far too much volume in there.

Why people wonder why when they cut there strength is shit, cause they dont train properly, high reps, lowering the weight is a bullshit approach and is a cause of muscle loss in the process, same with excessive cardio as well

Its actually a low volume high intensity program that Dorian used back when he was Mr O. Designed as a mass and strength program. Training like so in a deficit would result in a greater chance of injury since your just not getting enough nutrients

You realise tape measures will reflect muscle loss aswell right? No need to attack me bro just providing my input (which is why I assume you started this thread?)

Unless your photos are seriously not doing you justice... A 6% bf drop would be BIG change. I can only see subtle changes in your photos. Sorry if thats not what you want to hear..
 
Matt how come whenever people try to help you the same thing happens. You tell them your right and their wrong yet you never have an explanation to back your claim up and changes to your physique is minimal
 
Some of u guys digging myself " fail" while restricting your cals, binginginto to foods that hinder your gains, no progress pics from the ones that say my way isnt wprkig but your way works lmao
 
Only 6 weeks folks, not 16 weeks lol, will come back and post another pic in a month or so and u guys can judge then

In a deficit how do u recommend training?
I always drop the load % and will just focus on form, keepingy workouts fast paced nt worried about how much I lot but how well and how much energy I expend so supersets etc
I'll do pre exhaust too. And of course add cardio after weights. I expect to be weaker of course in a deficit

Also not sure if u chimed in but if you don't mind check out my recent post on splits and if uncoils gives some advice
 
Matt I want you to drop water and sodium for an entire day and post a pic. I bet we would see at least a 4 pack. Srs try it out.

Matt ive been off cycle for a while now and dont plan on cycling again for a yearish. But im willing to do a friendly cut log with you! We diet and train same type program so we can give something back to tjis communtity. Maybe like a natty reults possible vs b/c type deal. To show kids here that theu dont need the juice.
honestly I feel fat as shit right now and need some cut motivation. Lets do it together! Let me know what you think brother...
