Cant remember his before pic too well but i think he has made some definite changes...i agree with better quality photos - just dont include face if worried by anonymity.
 
Here is my 6th week pic of my cut progress
Start of cut 209lbs
Current weight 182lbs

man im sorry but the amount of gear you run, and the 200mg of test you cruise on you look like a dog took a big shit and slapped it on a human body.

You look like you have never step foot in the gym in your life at all. Jesus do you know how to bloody train? Ive seen 15yr old kids look a hell of a lot better. You should really be ashamed for using so much gear and not being able to justify a good physquie for it.
 
Honestly I dont know how many abs are goig to pop at 16 to 17% bf, I dont stay lean all year round, I bulk in the winter months as I live I canada so why not lol, and I cut during the spring, ended my bulk with bf fairly high, whatever it is what it is, u can chop the shit in 12 weeks or so if your diet is on track, no compounds added other then my cruise dose, my diet and training and will post another pic in a month or so as well

Matt ive been off cycle for a while now and dont plan on cycling again for a yearish. But im willing to do a friendly cut log with you! We diet and train same type program so we can give something back to tjis communtity. Maybe like a natty reults possible vs b/c type deal. To show kids here that theu dont need the juice.

Matt, why don't you re-take this pic with decent lighting and post it NEXT to the before pic.
I think you have made some progress and it would show next to a pic that's 6 weeks old...
 
I agree. To see if there is any try difference you're gonna need to post a good before pic with a current pic that isn't blurry as hell.
 
Going from memory I think I see some progress. Better abs and more definition straight across the board but I'm old so take that for what it's worth lol. If you could throw up one of those pics from the previous thread for comparison it would help.

Id say he definetely dropped a lot of water weight.. If his claim on 3inch off the waist is true. He did drop to a cruise dose too so he probably lost a fair bit of water from that alone.
 
Ofcourse anybody dieting the first week or 2 is going to drop water weight first
That the first thing to go, I lost 12lbs of water the first week and a half on my diet
After been averaging 3-4lbs a week weight drop
Been measuring my neck, as the measurement after the second week has stayed the same as I am loosing weight around the mid section as well, strength is the same if not better, so u guys can make all the claims u want about me loosing muscle not fat but kinda hard to do when my program I am on is geared for strength plus high intensity training with no cardio what so ever
 
Genetically I can gain weight or loose weight pretty fast
Always been that way, also to note had a guy help me out and learned lots about dieting, hired a coach in the next few months as he wants me to start preping for shows by next year, he has his pro card, and knows what he is talking about and knows how hard I train and obsessed with this shit
 
I used to think you got a bad rap for no reason but you come on here after staying on gear for huge lengths of time still can't tell lots of difference and you post pics wanting praise or something. Why are you so worried with what everyone else thinks. Get your self together matt. Focus on your diet and training

I gotta agree. Why start these threads if your not looking for any kind of feedback whatsoever? U obviously don't know what your doing and u bash people that do all because they don't post pics. Well sorry to say but pics are not a requirement nor are these threads. If you claim to be on a better site then what brings u back here after getting banned?
