looking good matt. you should be down to 160lb in no time

Bro I know lots of guys that are 250 to 260 plus in the offseason around here that come in show ready at 180lbs or less, in bb its all about illusion not how much the scale reads
 
And if the guys here that claim to be monsters and no everything about bb and how to diet and train properly without no proof what so ever is just a joke to in my eyes
Kinda funny every board I goto I post my progress pics and they see a big difference from 2 years aho to now, also a dif in 6 weeks in my cutting phase, and not finished yet, like I said I post my pics for some of u guys to see my progress if u dont like it why bother even looking? Thats my question
 
In about a few weeks to a month I will be blasting away again with some test and higher tren, been a few months on my cruise now and gonna fill out just nicely :)
Still going to continue on my cut on tren
By that time my diet will consist of high pro, fibrous carbs to get that lean dry look :)

a) What do you think your current BF is?
b) What do you think your BF was when you started the cut?
c) How do you evaluate your BF?
 
Matt all for you with the fuck the haters attitude etc but it aint about that, we are just giving out honest and mind you, truthful input which is exactly what you're gonna get when you post up "Week X progress pics"...Instead of kicking up a fuss, listen to the input given and put it in action then come give us some progress shots.

Ok whatever you say matt tried to help ya. What do I know though just worked as a trainer for 7 years with 3 different certs one of them being NSCA. Good luck with it though

He does make it hard on himself sometimes. I can't help but laugh at your response man because I'd feel the same way. You could tell him he's right in certain case..he'd still argue with you!!

Matt, stop posting pics every single week. Take 6 months, and get all your shit in check, make a big change and then post up something thats gonna show a big change. Its hard to get any wow factor in a weeks time. And dude, i dont know why you need justification on you physique. Someone whos good at anything in life never needs to show or tell or try to stuff stuff things in peoples faces, because people already know whats up. Lastly, theres are guys here telling you exactly how it is, take the advice before people stop giving it.

I don't think you've been cruising for a month yet.. how do u figure almost 3 months? Are u really full of that much shit?
