Establishing core strength with steroids

I am posting here as I am in need of advice regarding intake of steroids, drug type and dosis.

The last two years I have been injured in my rotator cuff, traps and back. After spending countless money on MR scans and physioterapists, the professionals have located my injury to be a lack of upperbody back strength(after a long period of laying in bed due to another injury, combined with hypermobility) no ligaments, joints or tendons are injured.
Currently it is so severe that I can’t work from a computer, which is my job :(.

I have been training on schedule and swimming 3-4 times a week for about 10 months now, and it is helping, but I keep having major setbacks when I need to do daily work or research as I am a ph.d student working on my thesis.

Unfortunately work is piling up and I will lose my research position if I do not recover my strength soon.

I was hoping a helpful user might be able to guide me on which types, combination and dosage of steroids would be beneficial for increasing my core strength in my upper back?

23 y/o
good shape(4 years of strength training and running prior to injury)
165 lbs(75kg)
6 feet(184 cm)

Thanks!

I don't think aas is for you just my opinion. You're only 23 just hit the weights, do a shit ton of core exercises and get on a good diet. Aas is not a magic pill or oil that will make you strong jacked you still need to put in the time at the gym. Look up core strength exercises and do those.

Being 6' and 165lbs, u need to work on tailoring your diet. Your a lil on the light side for your height. With a proper diet and training u should have no issues with your goals. U start running gear while your weak with injuries its just going to make things worse.

All AAS is going to do, is set you back further, my friend. Stay off the gear. Get your diet and training right.
