Estrogen blocker question

Ive been back on 200mg test cyp a week for the past 3 months. Got my labs back a couple weeks ago. Anybody have opinions on what the best estrogen blockers are? I haven't used any in a good while.
My estrogen came back at 31.4
Whats a good dose to get that down a little lower?

I felt better a couple years ago when i was down around 20ish. Maybe its all in my head. I have been contemplating running a cycle of deca for the first time soon as well. Wont that raise my E?

How often are you injecting? Yes, deca can raise estradiol.

There's not really such a thing as a "best" aromatase inhibitor (estrogen blocking is something completely different), as they all do something better than the others. Aromasin has the most benefits, but requires more frequent dosing, and is more expensive. Arimidex is the fastest acting, but not as powerful as letrozole. Letrozole may be too strong, and is harsh on blood lipids over time. However, it's the way to grab on heavy (multi gram) cycles.

I've been on 200 cyp for about 8 years and have never had the energy that I hear some guys get from TRT. Give blood regularly to keep blood thin and labs are good. Never been checked for E levels and have no symptoms, except for some bloat and weight gain. I've been reading that most on TRT are also on some kind of anti-e. Would an anti-e give me more energy?

Whoa. Never checked estradiol? Check it. Can't say what an ai would do for you since we have no idea where your e levels are.

Never thought about high E levels possibly being the cause of my fatigue until I started researching several weeks ago. I have an appointment today with doc to talk to him about it. Thanks for the reply, I'll let you know how it goes.

Did blood work this morning, should have results in a few days.

My test level went from 597 to 1211 WTF? No change in dose for years and have not added anything.
Has anyone ever had inaccurate results or any idea why so high?

I did do a little equipoise about 7 months ago but nothing since then
