Also, I think I need to add more food to my diet. I eat healthy as it is, but after reading some of the other threads about diet, I am not eating enough. Since it is my first cycle, I have read that I should go for bulk and on my second cycle work to get cut. My daily food intake goes something like this.
10am - 2 eggs, 16oz of milk, some type of fruit.
1pm - Sandwich - different meats totaling about 10oz on whole wheat bread
5pm - Post workout - 16oz Protein shake (about 40g Protein)
7pm - 2 chicken breasts OR 2 salmon filets = 1 pound total, 6oz fruit and 8oz of veggies
Snacks - 1 or 2 PBJ's a day.
I do not eat white bread or anything made with enriched white flower, high fructose corn syrup, or hydrogenated oils. I basically eat nothing but organic food. But from reading other posts, I think I need to increase my calorie intake.
