Estrogen?

OK I'm heading to see a local doc tomorrow cause I'm getting sensitive tits im not sure what gyno is so i want help checking it out. Strange thing is I was taking an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and we thought we knocked my estrogen to low sense I lost the ability to get a hard on level was at 20. We discontinued for 1 wk now and my sex drive is back but my tits are sore and I'm bloated all the time Is it possible I need the estrogen for the libido and still be sensitive to it? Maybe it was too high of a dosage. Maybe I should take nolvadex instead of Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Like I said I don't want to jump the gun until I have them looked at. Anybody else run into this issue. Protocol about 750mg test/wk divided doses, 500 IU'S 2x/wk.

What A/I did you run and at what dose? SOME estrogen is good and needed in the body.

Anastrozole it was bumped up to 1mg 3x/wk got extremely fatigued. Stopped for 2wks and fatigue away. Started back up on 1mg 1x/wk and lost all libido. Stopped for 1 wk now and I got my libido back but now have these issues.

hhmm, not positive, but I have read that a normal dosage for Arimidex is 1mg ED not 3x/wk so maybe that was the reason for the sore nips. 750mg is a decent amount of test that would def make gyno symptoms appear.

1mg ED is alot! i would suggest starting off with .25 mg eod bro thats good enough for alot of people. If thats not enough then raise it to .5mg eod and see how you like that.

yeah 1mgs a day is over kill, i do .25mgs ed and im fine, really has made a difference in my prep, i dropped my heavy test and started adex along with tren and var/winny and i am much harder and dryer looking

dude are you sure you got gyno? sensitive nips does not necessarily mean you got gyno...............maybe ask the doc for exmestane (aromasin)

Interesting how your doc prescribed you 40mg of nolva daily instead of an Aromatase inhibitor (AI).

I am in a very similar situation with sensitive nips and some puffiness. I started 40mg of nolva myself and it has definitely been helping me.

By chance did your doc say what Aromatase inhibitor (AI) he would give you if the nolva doesn't help?

Yes 1mg is over kill that what I was doing 3x/wk and I dropped my estrogen to low. I felt like shit. We stopped for two weeks to let it come up and obviously it rebounded fast and heavy. So here we are 40mg tamoxifen daily for now and going to add. .25mg adex like I use to do with no issues. I will probably take both and lower the tamoxifen after symptoms clear. Just so I'm clear this is from Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) I will not be coming off. 750 test e/wk 500mg HCG 2x/wk and now the anti-e.

idk, thats just what I've read, never taken adex myself, but I guess thats good to know.
