the only way that is 100% sure to give an exact answer is to test a sample at a lab... to be honest it looks kinda fishy to me but again i could be wrong...
One of the problems I have is I don't know "brands" until I try them. Used to use British Dragon years ago and it was fine. After that ran into some Apex and it was no good...found out the hard way.
I guess from now on, I will have to find a name and request it specifically.
