Strength dropped significantly since my last session. I havnt been able to goto the gym since i wrecked my car. That was roughly 3 weeks ago. In addition last week was spent in south padre island, texas drinking massive amounts of libations and eating various drugs. The drops are the worst on the bench as I went from 315 to 275 but i have a feeling that'll go up quick again. Im back on the long road of gaining back what i lost.
 
Well done bro hope you dont mind but I decided to incorperate your 5x5 style routine into my training with a few alterations. Good read btw love your results hope it has the same affect on me.
 
Why so little emphasis on your lower body? I mean you squat 70 pounds less than you bench. Are your legs huge and just trying to catch upper body up?

not at all bro, my routine is there for people to benefit from it. im sure you'll have great results like i did.

my legs are pretty large, however the reason i dont go crazy with squats anymore is because i work an extremely demanding job lifting furniture all day. if my legs are too sore im fucked. i had a respectable squat of around 4 and change when i was going hard on my legs but that was a long time ago.
 
What's your stats, cycle history? I remember you being pretty strong from before when I think you were natty, just wondering if you still are.
