exams workout routine ?

i am wondering for college students here ,what are your workout program like during exams ,i wont be able to workout regularly and when i do i will have maybe 30-45min max, just looking for short workouts and less frequent ones to keep the most mass that i can during exams and not to loose a lot like every fuckin year ... :(
 
If you want it, you can make time. If it means waking up at 6am to get a workout in, get it done.

I am going through exams right now and have my fair share of work....i still find time to sleep, prepare meals and workout.

If you have to cut out a set that is fine, but dont miss a meal :-0
 
Werd i dont stop eating and i alway find time. My hardest time working out is between semesters. I only get two days of workouts and thats because of limited hours.
 
Usually I wont sleep for a 2-3 days at a time during exam shit. So when 6am rolls around I hit the gym for a workout to wake me back up again. Plus I've never had a semester of exams where I couldnt spare 1 hour to hit the gym.
 
i am gonna have a very hard time arranging my time schedule cause i have a shitload to study and even 24hours of study a day wont make much but i am doing my best ..
 
take a week off from working out. the stress from studdying and worrying about the tests will be enough for your body and mind to handle. I just finished exam week myself. i took the week off from lifting but still did some morning cardio. idont think i would have been very productive anyway if i had lifted. too much anxiety.
 
I only made it to the gym twice a week during the 2 weeks and preceeding week of exam prep this semester. Dont worry dude you wont shrink into nothing. Its a good time to focus on whats important and shit, your body might just use the time to accumulate some new size if you been training non-stop for a while...ever heard of deloading or taking time off? (hint: its a good thing)
