Excercise Of The Week

we call it TRICEP DEATH :eek2:

this excercise requires a couple of workout partners and some lumber lol you need 4 boards total from 1-4 boards thick .
all sets are for 6 reps with no rest in between . start with 6 reps to the chest and while locking out the 6th rep a 1 board will be placed on the chest and 6 reps will be performed to the board , the 1 board will quickly be replaced with a 2 board for 6 reps , so on and so forth through all the boards for a total of 30 reps . if the right weight is picked the last rep on the 4 board will be incredibly painfull and tommorow the triceps will scream for mercy .
 
sounds painful but a great finisher

could problaby even do it in a pwoer rack depending on the spacing of the hole in a rack if u don;t have boards

i know but "easy" is PB's middle name.

mr. db- as said, close grip is better but you can use your regular grip- it just doesn't use as much triceps.
i go slighly narrower, not real close cause i have better control of the bar that way and i don't usually have anyone holding my wood. i mean.. boards.

(rjh, did that leave enough open for pb?)
