we call it TRICEP DEATH
this excercise requires a couple of workout partners and some lumber lol you need 4 boards total from 1-4 boards thick .
all sets are for 6 reps with no rest in between . start with 6 reps to the chest and while locking out the 6th rep a 1 board will be placed on the chest and 6 reps will be performed to the board , the 1 board will quickly be replaced with a 2 board for 6 reps , so on and so forth through all the boards for a total of 30 reps . if the right weight is picked the last rep on the 4 board will be incredibly painfull and tommorow the triceps will scream for mercy .
