Exemestane crash really sucks

Anyone ever take too much and crash? I took 25 mg 4 days in a row because i trusted someone. I feel like total hell. I know, stupid.
I don't take an AI. My dose of T doesn't require an AI. Dr and I raised my T dose and it became too much. I stupidly took exemestane to quickly get rid of high E. Iv since then lowered dose.
As I said I feel terrible. What's gonna happen and how long?

Yeah but i need to have my body create aromatase enzyme right? It's a suicidal inhibitor.

OH my ... that's why people come here to get the proper advice by the Vets. Years of experience and book read members.

As you were just told do something that will cause E2 to rise. Test Prop a few days can make it soot up.

Good luck and stick with O'logy for good n correct knowledge and advice.

yes prop may help, my E2 level is always very low after one prop shoot was twice to high

Just raise your testosterone like stated above.

Must be nice to just come up with whatever you need whenever you need it.
Anyway, if you crashed your aromatase enzyme you can't just raise E without the enzyme, correct?
Probably just going to have to wait til body produces more right?
How long can that take? And then once the enzyme comes back how long to get results of raising E?
