i started the DC routine about 2 weeks ago and yesterday it was the day where i do dumbbell flat bench press for the first time. the maximum weight i was able to do RIGHT before i did DC was 45's in each hand. and not even for that many reps (remember, im still a rookie when it comes to training).

but yesterday i was warming up with 20's then 30's then 40's but it seemed to light. so i went to do my R/P set with 55 and i didnt hit faiure. i was like WTF!!! so i grabed the 60's and did 8 reps till failure, then 3, then 1. im fucking proud of myself!!!
 
Sweet!!

At my gym, anything above 65lbs DBs have the plates instead of one solid chunk of metal. It felt really good to hit those too!! LOL Of course...that was quite some time ago.
