Fair and Honest advice

currently still on my first cycle of test twice a week...

just wondering what else i could take with it... as im not seeing much gain from it...

for supplements ive been taking multipower Fit Protein twice a day along with eating the right food...

am i missing anything out.. ?

you help is much appreciated


You are only 5 weeks into it, give it a couple more weeks and eat everything in sight, you should start seeing some nice results.

You don't eat you don't gain.

Test Loves calories so give it some.
 
Im mid through my cycle now... ending six weeks today...

Im pretty good in eating, which is a good thing... as you said i just eat, eat and eat...

on the supplements side what should be taking? like creatine, amino etc...? im taking nothing at the moment, apart from a product called Fit Protein by MultiPower it has 53g Protein

Joint Repair [Personal]
take 2 of the fit protein a day.
Maybe a Weight gain shake. Serious Mass is good. 12lb bag for £40.


Did a search on the Fit Protein...pretty expensive.
Should get yourself one of the Big 10lb bags of protein.
Depending on where you live you can get some really good deals.
This will save money in the long run.

Save the creatine for During PCT and afterwards.

The fit protein is working out expensive... £25 for 12 bottles

what do you recommend for mass products ? im from the UK, birmingham

Blaze. What are you doing for joint repair? Tore the cartilage in my shoulder a while back and even though the dr. is giving me the green light i wanna take precautions while on cycle.

I'd love to hear more about how the cycle turned out; stats, body fat change, etc.

You are on your post cycle therapy (pct) now correct? What did you decide to use for post cycle therapy (pct)?

Don't jump the gun, time on cycle should at least equal time off. So you have awhile to cement gains before you start another one
 
I'm on clomids....

Will not be jumping onto my second cycle until a long time to come... Just wanted to research more about the next cycle in the interim...

So what do u experts suggest
