Fake Deca Ampoules

I have got some Deca coming from overseas. I was sent a picture of it but it is not good enough to post here. It comes in a glass ampoule (the kind that you have to snap off the glass top) it has a yellow green and white stripe on the ampoule and no writting that I can see.

Has anyone seen deca come in this kinda package?

I will post a pic as soon as I get it.

Says it is 200mg/ml of Organon Deca
I haven't seen anyone post a picture of a vial like this.
Oh and I found this South African site that decribes the ampoule and says that they are 25mg/ml amps.
