Here is a question I never seen posted before.

If you have to add fast food to a pretty clean diet to help with bulking, what selection of food and which chain of fast food joints would it or should it be ?

KFC, MICKEY D's, BURGER KING, TACO BELL, CHICK FILLET, WENDYS ?

Oh my god - Did you really ask this!!!

It won't make a damn bit of difference if you get a hamburger at mcdonalds or Burger King.

Now if you want to ask me what my favorite fast food joint to eat at when i take a break from eating clean - Thats Easy

Chipotle - And i only consider this fast food because i add double everything you shouldn't be having. (cheese, sour cream, guacamole)

Otherwise it would be Mcdonalds with ther Dollar menu - You can buy a lot of double cheeseburgers for $10.00

If i splurge Id go w/wendys burgerking taco bell or taco jons. I'd rather find a good chinease restarant and pig out there that way i oculd get tons of good protien from about every thing(fish, chicken, beef, pork,......cats, dogs :P ) and a bunch of veggis :) ummm. I better go eat something.
 
Oh, almost forgot. Its ok to splurge sometimes, but don't make a habbit out of eating fast food. Unless, like said before, u like body fat :P
 
Although I hate fast food, I'm occasionally forced to eat it due to working out of town. Wendy's value menu has some manageable options on it. I usually will opt for a plain baked potato, throw one of their big chilis on top of em for flavor and protein, and then get a side salad with fat free french. It's somewhat clean, although lacking in protein. If I'm eating big, which I rarely do, I'll get their grilled chicken sandwich to go along with it.

Their mandarin chicken salad is also high in protein and low in fat, although I'm baffled by how they can manage to pack 11 grams of sugar into a salad before you add dressing.

In-n-Out Double Double Protein Style hold the dressing and cheese with extra tomato. mmmm now im hungry.
 
all you can eat chinese buffet, the CHina King guys fuckin hate me cuz friday nights i go in and eat all of their sushi, all of the salmon, shit load of steamed veggies, and a pile of crab legs to the ceiling. I went with a friend, who is just a fat bastard (hes 5-10, 250, im 5-5 175) and bet him i could eat more than him (who ever lost paid the check), and i totally kicked his ass... those bastards hate it when i walk thru the door, they even had the nerve to ask me to leave once, but i looked up with a crab leg stickin outta my hole and told them that i fuckin paid for all you can eat, i aint leaving nothin in my plate, and when im doine eating, im gunna fucking eat some more!

Actually it does make a difference but if you wanna listen to who he thinks is the pro of foods so be it. MCD's id horrible meat, even though i splurge on two double quarters and a shake from time to time. Some fast foods are better than others but in general eatig out means eating a lot of bacteria so eat at home. i you gotta i like kfc all you can eat
 
Tell me how it makes a difference to building a physique!!! If i get a hamburger from mcdonlds that is the same kcals as the hamburger from Burger king.....How is it going to make a difference.

It sounds like you guys DMS are still under the belief thet it doesn't matter what you eat as long as you are eating big. Quality of foods does matter. I only say this cause my job is that of a food broker and i know what oes into and how some foods are pre-pared. I wish i didn't eat anything from a grocery store let aloe fast food chain
