Fast yummy dinner (ground beef/venison, quinoa or brown rice)

Just thought I'd share my go-to recipe for night's when I'm rushed.

2 lbs ground beef, ground venison, or ground bison
2 cups quinoa or brown rice, cooked
Mango peach salsa to taste
(or adjust all portions above to your macros)

Brown ground meat of choice in skillet.
Drain
Add cooked quinoa or brown rice (quinoa is my fave)
Add mango peach salsa
Stir together, heat till everything is warm

Serve on a bed of greens.

This is something that's really quick to make and everyone in the family loves (including kiddos).
 
That is what I call a healthy, nutritious and delicious meal!!
