What are your full stats and training history? What's your diet look like? To bulk up fast all you really need is to eat in a decent sized caloric surplus.

I'm not trying to come across as a jerk, but how long have you been actively participating in resistance training? Putting on a lot of muscle mass quickly is a sure-fire recipe for tendon/ligament damage unless you have a solid foundation built up with some serious time in the gym. I'm sure you're extremely physically fit being a martial arts instructor, but putting on muscle mass requires the destruction of tissues which depend a great deal on their connective links.
Thanks I know what you mean I started power lifting like 16 yrs ago, them when I came back from Iraq I did a short stint of bodybuilding (2 yrs) then stopped when I started fighting.I'll try that link thanks for help.I spoke to someone else and they said 0.5cc twice a week.
