Fatigue with Arimidex?????

I began to take .5 Adex EOD to lower my E a few days ago. Labs had my Estradiol at 190. But I think Arimidex is making me so damn fatigued. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm not talking about crashing one's E and getting fatigued as a sign of low E, I'm talking about a direct side effect of the drug.

I'm thinking of switching to 25mg of Aromasin EOD and see if it works better for me. If Aromasin does the same thing, what next??? Letro?

It is likely to cause some fatigue. Most of the time it is just because of the lowered E levels. I'd try lowering ur dose to. A quarter mg eod. See how that is.

Aromasin is also a good choice. Either aromasin or adex. Do not use letro unless u have experience with it. It is very powerful and if u haven't dialed in ur dose with blood work.chances are you'll crash ur e and you'll be right back were u are right now..and prolly worse.

It happens 2 some either wait it out or try something else aromasin, nolva (nobody likes this answer but ive used it works) and then letro as a last resort. Letro is powerful so just start out very low dosage. You answered your own question...

Its really not common to get fatigued from Adex. It could have something to do with your fluctating hormones - test and estrogen - Just a guess...

Well my E was at 190 before I began to take Adex, E2 has a half-life of up to 17 hours. I guess I could have tanked it...I pinned 250mg of test this morning so my E2 conversion should spike overnight. I will start taking Aromasin for now and see how it works for me, thanks.

Point taken, I do have Nolva and Clomid available. I will give Aromasin a try for the next week. Thanks!

Clomid and Nova are not good choices. I wouldn't supplement a SERM for an AI..SERMS are not always effective. So hopefully ur body will respond well to aromasin just remember to start off with a small dose to get a feel.for it.

1mg of adex reduces serum e2 levels 70% within 24 hrs. After a week of administration that number goes up to 80%.
