workout routine

Looks good bro. I would only change some of it. Ie. flat bench press first before incline/decline so your strength is up there. Same with leg days, do squats first then the other ones. Squats are the best for building up your legs. Also as others will chime in, what are your staats, goals, age, etc.?

Im trying to burn fat and gain muscle mass I was on a Sus cycle about 1.5 yrs ago and was down to about 12% but things seem to be getting harder. I would like to get down to around 12 to 15% but its hard to do eating out of a chow hall 7 days a week. Not much of a selection it makes a diet hard when you cant shop for your self. If you have any easy diets to follow im all for it. Thinking i should add cardio twice a day not sure though?
