So heres basicly what Im aiming for. Im about to do my first cycle, which Is 500 mg testosterone enanthate pr. week, and with Nolvadex as Pct, starting nolva 2 weeks after my last shot of test with 10 mg nolva pr. day for about 20 days.
Height 182, weight 218, BF about 17%.

Monday:
Incline bench 4 sets 5 reps
Chins 4 sets 5 reps
Militarypresses 3 sets 5 reps
Lat rows 2-3 sets 5 reps
bicepscurls 1-2 sets 8 reps
Closegrip benchpress 1-2 sets 8 reps

Tuesday:
Frontsquats 3 sets 5 reps
Legcurl (for hamstrings) 2-3 sets 5 reps
Calfraise 4-5 sets 5 reps
Abs 2-3 sets 8-10 reps

Thursday:
Incline bench 3 sets 5 reps
closegrip rows 4 sets 5 reps
Militarypresses 4 sets 5 reps
closegrip chins 2-3 sets 5 reps
bicepscurls 1-2 sets 8 reps
Closegrip benchpress 1-2 sets 8 reps

Friday:
Squats 3 sets 5 reps
leg curl(for hamstrings) 2-3 sets 5 reps
Calfraise 4-5 sets 5 reps
Abs 2-3 sets 8-10 reps

The reason why I plan to do incline bench both tuesdays and thursdays is because upper pecs are lagging behind lower pecs.

What do you guys think about the cycle and the routine?

The exercise selection is good but youre going heavy 4x a week and you might get burned out pretty quick(unless you aint pushing heavy weights, yet) Is what I would do, is I would change the exercises on the second day, and make the reps at least in the 8-12 range. but keep the first two days the same. otherwise i think its a nice looking routine

Ive done a similar routine when clean. It worked well.
Started light, then inreasing by 2,5-5 % pr week and when i got too week 6 it started getting real heavy.. then I had a week of deloading.

I new to steroids that why Im curious if this kind of a routine would work as well on cycle..
But i guess the only real difference when on steroids would be that i could make higher increments pr. week and that i would have to eat more calories than if i was clean..
Reps and sets could stay about the same...

Im i far off on this? opinions?

Looks good. I'd start around 70-80% of your 5 RM, then ramp up to your RMs over the course of a few weeks. After that, make each week a PR fest. I've done something similar while natural with good results.
I'd consider replacing the leg curls with RDLs on one of the lower days. I'd also swap military press for push press on one of the days. I like that you are alternating front and back squats - good decision. I think this works great for overall leg development but especially quad size and strength.

By the by, gator's advice is something to consider. Once you are hitting new PRs, it might be a good idea to alternate - have the monday and tuesday be in the 5 RM range and then take the thursday and friday closer to the 10 RM range. Especially considering how fast your strength may increase while on cycle.

Ok thanks, so its better to up the reps than be a little conservative with the increments and keep reps low? Is this beacuse I may get burnt out easier when on cycle?

I think RDL is a good exercise, but its hard to keep strikt form when it gets heavy.. Ill consider it though.

Im also thinking about implementing rest-pause.. Any thoughts about that?
