Feel like garbage!! Any Help Please?

Trying to fix stupid
So, finally got to run my prop/tren cycle. Last night was unable to sleep and overall felt like garbage. I keep having hot flashes that make me incredibly nauseated. My question is, how long does "test flu" take to set in and how long for it to stop? Is insomnia a common side of tren? I think the nausea is related to the prami. I have been running .5mg 2x weekly. Could I break it up to 4 doses? If I did, think it would do any good with the nausea? I have tried to take it just before bed, but the wife kept me up last night. Any help is appreciated.

cycle history please

why the prami..u get sides from tren ?

Tren is known for insomnia, night sweats, nightmares, paranoia..I m intolerant of it

Test flu, we re all differant..prop never bothered me..but ussually 2-4 weeks in
lasting a week1 1o day in duration

Prami actually causes those exact symptoms to me. My friend dre, said it well, " anything over .3 will make you puke" (paraphasing lol) I took 0.075 and still got those symptoms. Try caber. How my mg/ week of each?

This is my 3rd cycle. First time with tren so really have no idea on how it will affect me. I'm running my test @ 400mg/week with tren @ 280. Was going to go up to 350 if I can tolerate it.

Last cycle I ran deca and had caber. Ended up with some gyno due to caber being bunk. Was running at 1mg/week so I got the prami from RUI this time. Everytime I have taken it I get nausea but last night was bad. Still today I'm not 100%.

I just started this cycle so I don't think its t-flu. In my opinion I think it's too early for tren sides to be kicking this hard. I really think its the prami but its necessary cause I'm sensitive. Maybe nor-19s aren't for me :(

You don't mention an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and you talk about gyno from deca. Did you use Aromatase inhibitor (AI) before and currently? Which?
Prami makes me pukey at anything over .25.
I am not using the prami on my deca unless I need it

Your running your Prami at a Caber dosage. 0.5mgs(2xWeek)=Caber dosage. Prami should be started out at 0.25mgs/ED and adjust if needed. If you find that your really sensitive to Prami, decrease the dosage till you find your sweet spot. Prami should be taken everyday due to it's short half-life...

AI is Anastrozole and right now its at .25mg eod. I also have Exemestane but Ii have found I don't respond very well to it. Last cycle had my E2 at 240 and was on 25 ed (all I had were pills on hand).

^^THIS would explain why I feel like I should call poison control. I have been taking double that dose. Will start ed dosage of .25mg and see how its tolerated. Thanks for catching it.

Sounds like you're dosing the prami too high. I'd start with .20 mg ED and take it right before bedtime. That will help with the lethargy and nausea since you're getting ready to go to sleep and you should sleep through the worst sides. Increase to .25mg ED after 4 days. You should tolerate that bump without issues.

The night sweats and insomnia are definitely tren related symptoms. You may adjust to the tren but there's isn't much that can done to eliminate the symptoms other than keeping your prolactin and E2 in check. Many people find they cannot run tren successfully without sides that are just not worth it. To me, that's part of the maturity factor that's necessary for a person to develop before making the decision to give tren a whirl. Young guys with big egos will tend to not pay attention to their bodies and push on well past the point they should have bailed. Do yourself a favor and establish what factors will be an indicator to you that you should stop running the cycle, and then hold yourself to that threshold if the time comes.

Thank you for the advise. I have been talking to the wife today about just that. I'm a family guy and can't afford for home life to suffer just so I can run tren. Based on what I have read about it, it was worth trying. I'm still holding on to the idea that my night was so bad based on the prami dosage but I have already decided where my breaking point is and if last night repeats I will have to bail.

I've had test sides for the past week. They always seem to last for 3-7 days. Take a pain reliever and wait it out. Nyquil worked wonders.
