Feeling run down for the first time on tren
My cycle
Test 200mg/week ( cruise dose)
Tren 75mg/ed
Just recently ramped up my t3 to 75mcg ed this week, my proposed dosage was 25mcg ed. This is my first go with t3 as well
Arimidex right now .25 e3.5d, so .5 a week
Have run tren many times usually every blast I run tren,and usually get high intensity in the gym so I don't know if I should increase my test or increase my tren up to 100mg ed, as I feel good with hardly any sides other then sweating like a pig in the gym
Right now I am on a slow cut and dieting with 3j As we speak, ranging a 1.5 to 2lbs loss a week and hovering around 225lbs as of today
Tren doesnt bother me so I am kinda in mix thoughts on what I should increase my tren or my test for this run down feeling these last few weeks
 
I dont know your issue but its happen to me when im stressed too much work lack of sleep and i just needed a solid week no gym. I also get rundown whenever i dont eat enough wich is why ive Been a little bitch and dont wanna do a full blown cut i hate how i feel when i dont eat alot.
 
Yeah I agree, I don't think it's a dietING issue as I am still taking in 3500 kcal a day
U know how u get that good feeling once u enter that gym especially on tren but haven't got that feeling in the last week or 2, oh well still early in this blast, I think it's just.mind shit playing right now as I am getting that blah feeling being early in this cut
 
I guess just waiting for more veins to start poppin and getting more grainy, got some work ahead of me from my previous bulk for 6 months, but will be worth it in the end once I get lower in bf once again sitting at roughly 15 to 16 percent bf right now, wanna lean down to single digits as like last year but difference being holding onto as much muscle as possible this time around with 3j
 
I ran tren with low-ish test once and felt pretty shitty, ever since I've run at least 500mg test/wk (usually more) and feel good on various doses of tren from 350-1050mg/wk.

75mcg is a pretty significant amount of T3, that could also be the issue...it doesn't sound like you're having trouble dropping weight so maybe reduce that back to 50 or 37.5mcg/day and see if it helps

If that helps, but weight loss slows dump a few carbs to make up the difference
 
You haven't run T3 before have you? Highish doses of T3 can cause lethargy & fatigue. Try putting it back down to 25-50mcg. I don't see why you bothered ramping it up if your still aiming for only 1.5-2lbs per week. Did you just want to eat more?
 
Dropped my t3 dose down to 25mcg ed as tren supresses your thyroid anyways, see how I far out
Went today to the.gym.and felt amazing actually, good intensity.I have been lacking the last few days :)
Schredder last time I took time off is last Dec when I was running into gf issues bro
Took a good week off.the gym.and dieting and felt pretty damn good lol
 
Your thyroid normally makes 25mcg, so dosing that puts you back to natural. If you want to double it to 50mcg for the increase in metabolism, go for it, but anything more is just a waste...and only makes you feel bad.
 
No trensomnia ? It kill s my r e m sleep as I m down to block s of 3 hours sleep and up eating ALL AND EVERYTHING from a box of pop tarts to whole bunch of celery..throwing the scrap s to whatever animal will it...the duck, the goat (anything) to 2-3 lasagna out of pan so as to not wake the 4 women hear and pay dearly.( gf plus 3 "lil Ms. Can t be wrong s"). I can get so damn sleepy..it s dreamlike; insert a 30 min to 1 hour nap ---boom- back to 110 percent. Add to that the loss of eletro s during my sleep due to downright sloppy sweat sessions...just saying AND I do not know jack or shit about tweaking the thyroid AT ALL, so there s that too.
 
Hey T, haha, I guess insomnia if u wanna call it that but I get it all the time, yes I wake up probs 4 to 5 time a night, and yes fuck me I do crave sugar at times, recently more then ever, must be the t3
I was thinking of the word that best explains on how I feel and I just feel flat, u know when u are on a cut and weeks away from getting grainy again but u look in the mirror and feel flat, but yesterday felt good after a comment a chick.made at the gym so obviously got to my head and had a great workout once again :) hopefully that's all it was needed to get that blah feeling I have been having this last few weeks but yes dropped my t3 down to 25mcg and see how I far out energy wise ;)
 
These guys are right. You need a week off the weights my friend. I took one week off for the first time in over a year and was feeling great afterwards. Tren may be messing with your head a bit, but imo you need a while off the weights to recover mentally and physically.
