i used to be very active here about a year ago i was in the gym twice a day and really loved it then i moved got a job and have been extremely busy but not only that but the gym i have here in Philly fucking sucks the atmosphere is like planet fitness and no FUCKING mirrors.
you guys have any advice on how to bounce back get really into it again i never stopped going to the gym but ive lost so much strength and gains. also was wondering about a cycle if you guys think it would be smart to try and take one in 6 months or so it'd be my 3rd the first two were just standard 500mg
i was thinking of getting a coach but i need one that is very active, like making me check in every week or something
 
Exactly you need a coach to hold you accountable because you think you can't do it for yourself. I and plenty of other forum members will be glad to take your money and tell you to workout.
 
Hey Ryan I think it would be best to just get back in the gym. Once you have your routine, nutrition,sleep dialed in then consider a cycle. In that time, let's say 6 months you should read and understand what cycle is best and understanding hcg and pct to the best of your ability. Slow and steady wins the race. Good luck man
