Get yourself down to 6% and then eat chicken and rice for two weeks then eat chicken and cheese puffs for two weeks keeping cals the same.
Look in the mirror and then tell me IIFMM is still relevant.

You do know water retention effects how you look even further when your in those % levels right? That would be the only reason for the different look in the mirror.
I have my prep starting in a few weeks so I'll take you up on that offer once I'm at 7% and we'll see :)

And thats exactly why IIFMM is irrelevant to people who want to look good.
Just because the calorific value of something fits doesn't mean you can eat it and still look good.
I often wonder why the macro brigade seldom talk about micros.

We can talk again when you are at 7% good luck with it, by the way, where are you now and how long do you plan to take to get to 7%?

How long do u stick to that diet banzi, probs does wonders in a few months time eh

It would. And it would drive me insane in a few days. The pictures don't lie though, it clearly works - that's one of the reasons I think I'll ever be interested in competing. I have more fun around 10% BF and gaining muscle rather than shaving fat down to single digits.

Its really a quick fix method and very difficult to stick to for any longer than a month.
Once you get to single figures you can have re-feed days once a week and add in some carbs, you can do it before single figures but it can hinder you at that level.

Was thinking in the same lines come april, dieting down
Can u add tuna jn the resume 2, chicken and tuna throuhout the day, a couple tsp of natty pb per meal and fibrous carbs will perserve muscle as well?

The water retention of the IIFYM diet would go sect after a day or two. Not really a significant point.

Try it for a week, you will learn a lot about how your body reacts to carbs and proteins in such a short time.

Any lean low fat protein sources are fine.
The fibrous carbs are to help you shit.
The peanut butter is your fat source.

I take care of the water by reducing carbs & correctly planned refeeds, and I always take a basic multivit to cover my micros ;)

I'm nursing an injury at the moment (main reason I'm back on here after a long break) maintaining at 14%bf (I still measure myself weekly - very OCD on that lol).
I will start my cut in March, shouldn't take me longer than 10 weeks to hit 7 based on the last 2 times, but I'll keep you updated closer to the date.

I'm actually interested in experimenting at 5-7%bf maintenance for the year, but the previous issues with test make me doubt if its possible naturally, but we will see...

1 cup oatmeal, 1 scoop iso pro, 1 cup egg whites, 1 tsp natty pb
