Get yourself down to 6% and then eat chicken and rice for two weeks then eat chicken and cheese puffs for two weeks keeping cals the same.
Look in the mirror and then tell me IIFMM is still relevant.
You do know water retention effects how you look even further when your in those % levels right? That would be the only reason for the different look in the mirror.
I have my prep starting in a few weeks so I'll take you up on that offer once I'm at 7% and we'll see
