Finally!!! :)

Just thought i'd let u all know i'm actually making progress w/my squatts!! :) NEver thought i'd say that. After doing them just to parallel and switching to doing them well below parallel I lost a shit load of weight off my squatts. Now, they're finally making a come back so i must be doing something right. :)
I'm still on my cutting phase too, so my other lifts are pretty much at a stand still. If ya guys don't mind u should check out my training log and give me any pointers to help me make gains on my other lifts. Have cut back to training about 3x a wk cuz of working extra hrs, just don't have the energy.
Any help is appriciated.
 
No one has any pointers for me about my training log here in the training forum...under joshbeam1's training log??? PB?? BB?? anyone??
 
Actually cutting back on how often you train has probably helped with your strength gains. I used to train every day and I overtrained big time. My strength was not going up much at all, and for every stength gain in one area I had a setback in another. Once I started training less often my strength skyrocketed and my bodyweight shot up drastically with minimal fat gains.
 
Thanks huskyguy. Do u do cardio on your off days?? Just for some reason when Im only in there 3 days a wk just doesn't seem like enough(in my head) but maybe it is. Cuz i've pretty much hit a plateau. I'll try the 3 x per wk and c how it goes.
