Finishing a Workout

Alright, I was dumbass and didn't realize my gym closes early on Saturdays, so I went in to do chest/bis, and got only the 5x5 component of chest done, and I got kicked out.

Should I just continue the rest of the workout tomorrow, or wait until next week? I don't want to fuck with my recovery.

I antagonize about these things.
 
sure go ahead and train your bis by themselves or with another bodypart like shoulders...
 
But you guys think I should lay off chest completely for another week, even though I only got 5 sets in?

A low intensity or off week is good every now and then. Call that your chest w/o for the week, do bi's with another bodypart, and just keep everything else normal, IMO.

I was awaiting your opinion on this one. I'm probably going to go that route, or maybe just do bis tomorrow, and throw in 3 sets of incline pushups for kicks.

I'd just do the bi's and start back with chest next week, but if you feel you need the pushups, go for it.
