Finishing cycle soon, need help with training.

Hey guys, i'll be finishing my cycle in 2 weeks and need your advice on training.

Stats, 6"2, 220-225lbs, 16% BF.

CYCLE
WEEK 1-8 Test E 400mg PW
WEEK 9 Test E 300mg PW
WEEK 7-9 Anavar (var) 40mg ED
WEEK 9-11 Anavar (var) 60mg ED ( Bridge into PCT )
*** Ran out of Test so thats why it's only 9 weeks long

PCT

WEEK 11-13 Nolva 40mg ED
WEEK 13-15 Nolva 20mg ED
HCGenerate as a test booster
MACA as a libido enhancer

- I made great strength gains on this cycle and lost a fair bir of fat. I reshaped my body and am pretty happy with the way it's gone, i also maintained my weight throughout as i was only comsuming 3200-3500 Cals ED on advice from 3J.


- My question is how do a change my training around when i finish? I am currentlt lifting in the 8/6/6-4 rep range on all movements and was thinking of changing it to 10/8/6.

- Do i drop the weights im lifting by say 10% and change my rep range? or do i try to keep going at the same weights?

I would keep goin at the same weight, lower it only if you really have to, as youre coming off test you may lose a little strength its normal.

- I'm still thinking i will change the rep range to 10/8/6 but i will keep pushing the big weights as long as i can, hehe
 
Southern, here's the things you need to do during post cycle therapy (pct).

1. Keep your calories up. Better to gain a lil fat than lose alot of muscle.
2. Lower your training volume but keep the intensity exactly the same.
3. Get your rest, don't overtrain, and keep your head up while the boys get back to work.

Thanks RJ, iv'e spoken to 3J and sorted the diet part out, ill also be dropping a set or 2 and incereasing my reps slightly so should be all good.

I know there is no way i will be able to keep up with the lifts i'm at now but hopefully wpnt lose much. Also gonna start swimming after some workouts for a bit of extra cardio in PCT to keep the fat down- swimming usually leans me up a bit.

im a believer in lifting as heavy as possible all the time lol but especially post cycle.
imo staying heavy with high intensity but slightly fewer sets and reps along with a little more rest between sets makes the body want to hold on to all that precious lean mass. and definately dont cut calories or get cardio crazy post cycle.
 
I agree! I think tho, also very important is to only hit ur groups once a week in post cycle therapy (pct). You dont recover any sort of comparably so twice the time will be needed to let it repair. Also for cardio cut in half. by times per wk trained, not duration of workouts. Stay intense to keep ability. Keep diet clean but strong and all should go well
 
i just got off a cycle like 5wks ago wen i was on i was lifting high reps now that i am off i am only doing 3 sets of ten.
