I will be taking AndroLean for 4 weeks and dosing 3 pills-2x/day: 1st dose in AM and 2nd dose 6-8 hours later. Going to post cycle therapy (pct) with the PP Testosterone Recovery Stack and TCF-1. I will only be taking the AndroLean and no other supplements to get a good idea of the effects it has stand-alone.
Current Stats: 31, 5'10", 208, ~20%.
Diet: ~2500cal, 200-300g P, <180g F (a lot unsat), <50g C.
These are my general guidelines as I am employing a keto diet. I will have higher carbs on 2 consecutive days and I may or may not include 2 cheat meals during the week. Little to no sugar, No alcohol.
Workout: Strength[5-7days/wk], *Day1*biceps/triceps (supersets), *Day2*back/shoulders (supersets), *Day3*chest/abs, *Day4*legs, repeat, also throw in 1-2 days of nonconsecutive rest/wk (work schedule etc... permitting). Cardio[3-6days/wk, 20-45 mins].
This is a general outline, that may have to be amended due to my schedule for work and cannot put an exact schedule for workout.
Goals: Decrease body fat would be the main goal, but if I could gain some strength/size that would be ok too. I also hope this log will end up providing useful information perhaps to people who are/may be interested in this product. More importantly, this experience will prove or disprove if AndroLean actually does what it is labeled, marketed/advertised, researched, and chemically engineered to do.
First dose Wednesday.
