First Clen/Keto Cycle w/ Pics (need a tip guy) lul

Starting first clen cycle for summer.
Got some Liquid clen and Liquid keto.
Not using T3 because I've never used any gear.

Been working out for 3 years.
Focus on natural test
(Training legs, keeping fire burning, HIITs 4x6 training)
21 years old

Never used any gear, or any illegal supplementation..
Just pre-workouts and good dieting.
Starting as soon as my shipment comes in

Stats:
5'9
175
12% bf

Aiming for around:
160-175
8% BF
(Since clen is sometimes known to decrease body fat and remain around the same weight,
but I'm not too skeptical about dropping any actual weight)

Heart rate/blood pressure monitor will be used daily
Rest Heart rate avg 60-80bpm

Most studies have been on how to use clen on the 2weeks on 2weeks off cycle
Which I personally believe is the safest, most studied..

I'm not too sure on how many mcgs per day (from days 6-42) on clen if I'm going 6 weeks straight..
So bare with me..

Only running a cycle of 6 weeks maximum
as opposed to 8 weeks stated initially


Clen:

Day1: 20mcg
Day2: 40mcg
Day3: 60mcg
Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 80mcg(Note: Increase the dose only when the side effects are tolerable)
Day6-36: 100-120mcg (depending on how my body tolerates it)
Day37-38: 80mcg
Day39-40: 60mcg
Day41: 40mcg
Day42: 20mcg


Ketotifin:
Taken at night
Day12-42: .5mg

Taurine: Taken with clen
Day1-42: 3-5mg
(depending on cramps)

I'm usually real good at staying hydrated
(consuming about a gallon too 1.5 gallons a day)

Diet: Ketogenic-ish (used it in the past for cutting, hope it works well with clen.)
(Throwing in a high carb day every 3-5 days, potatoes mostly)

2-5 egg whites
Almonds and orange (snack)
Chicken/Turkey/Lean Ham Sandwich
Almonds and banana (snack)
Whey isolate protein shake (post workout)
Green tea (at night, helps me sleep.)

Around 2,200 calories
(-400 calorie deficit)

Snacks will be substituted with random healthy alternatives:
Broccoli, Carrots, etc..

Cardio:
HIIT: 2/3 times a week
Low intensity 4-5 times a week

I know a good amount about how to correctly diet,
...so lets focus most of the trolling/critiquing on my clen cycle please :thefinger

Hey man, a couple tips:

1. I don't think you will need that much taurine. I used it before to help with the cramping, and a few grams at most should suffice.

2. 8 weeks is kind of long to run clen. I think 5-6 weeks is probably long enough. Clen has a very long half life, and will remain in the body for 10-12 days after the last dosage.

3. I found that the time I ran clen and lost the most fat was when I incorporated carb cycling. It is mainly 1 day high carbs, 3 days very low carbs. Look into it. I think you will see some good results if you incorporated it.

4. You might want to start with a really small dosage of ketotifen. The shit makes me a zombie and I will literally sleep through alarms all day. 0.5mg was manageable, but when I got over 0.8mg, I was in for a coma.

Just my opinion from experience, so I hope that helps.

I'll adjust the cycle accordingly.. Now running 6 week cycle.
Thought the cycle was too long anyways, and didn't factor in the half life.

I'm only planning on taking the ketotifen at night, I always sleep through alarms so this adjustment is a must haha I'll try .5mg

Taurine is only because I have such an excessive amount, but I guess I could preserve some.

Naturally, I carb load every three days just because it helps me feel and look more "pumped"
as well as help me with my lifts. I have looked into in the past know a lot about it.
Stoked that I can still do this, I love Hi-Carb days!

Quick question,
Do you think running 100-120mcg for that long is too much clen for one to handle? I haven't really looked into the cycle without it being the 2 week on 2 week off type deal.. any adjustments during days 6-36? Or should I just keep it at around 100mcg-120mcg range for the whole 30 days?

I think I might just do it for four weeks instead (depending on results)
I don't really have that much bodyfat to cut to get to goal (at 12%, goal = 8%)

Taking a break at the end of the clen cycle for four weeks

and possibly running the ecy stack for a bit during the break
Getting a little more research done, would make more sense..

All advice is accepted, please let me know if I'm retarded
 
Depending on the quality of your clenbuterol, you will quickly decide how long you want to run it for.So you may end up running it shorter than you intend based on the level of shittiness it makes you feel. At 160mcg, I was sweating a ton, bad paranoia, super irritable, headaches, etc... but I saw great results from cycling my carbs with 3 very low days.

Clen will dry you out, so it will make you look pretty hard, too.

I guess I'll just go by how I'm feeling at four weeks, and decide whether or not to proceed. Probably wont exceed 120mcg, but I've never done this before so I have no idea how tolerance works.. From a study standpoint (keep in mind most my research has been on 2w on 2w off) has stated not exceed 120mcg. Those people most likely didn't build as much of a tolerance in such a short period..
 
I personally found the rui clen weak compared to others.... I like cycling clen 2 weeks, eca stack 2 weeks and rotate... it does a lot plus the eca stack acts similarly to keto so your receptors get cleared up.... taurine is always a great idea.... helps with cramping... plus increasing your protein helps so you don't loose your gains and your body stays fueled.... my 2 cents

Was planning on running the clen 2w and eca 2w in a cycle during summer to maintain, my protien intake is around 150gs a day
 
I personally wouldn't reccommend running it longer than 2 weeks at a time.... 2 on and 2 off is the perfect run.... you will get results, pretty decent ones too with the right clean diet and workout routine... it's not so much something to just "maintain" - it will still do it's thing.... you "maintain" with diet....

as for amount of protein... the general rule for people who train regularly and naturally is about 0.8g of protein per pound of your weight.... on clen, I would increase that to 175-200g as your body does require more.... another thing to consider is the total calorie intake... clen does allow you to be on calorie restricted diet as long as you get enough protein....

He was referring to it being extremely hard on your heart. I think clenbuterol hardens the tissue in your heart valves, so prolonged usage, especially in large dosages can be a negative.

Its a vaso constricting med. Esp hard on capillaries even kills em off like any other stim. Also raises ur BP which hardens ur arteries. Constant tension makes them hard and brittle same as if you bend plastic repeatedly.

Short bursts of use is fine 8 weeks is too much stress on cardio vascular system.

Bit then I also take ECA stack w/100mg ephi bid cuz I love it.

My original plan was to do the whole 2 weeks on and two weeks off until I realized I basically bought the ketotifin for no reason.. Just want to make use of it tbh.. That's why I'm probably goinh to run 4 weeks on the first time, wait a week then jump on the eca stack (which I have started a could days ago.. Gives me crazy focus but that's just about it.. Seems like the dmaa in jack3d (3 scoops) was way harder on the heart. Very manageable in comparasin tbh.. Ran ecy first day, I was ready to walk through a brick wall lul..

You should try tapering down, that sounds unheard of to me hah

I'm actually on day 4 now with no Ephi and only caffine from soda. Since I started Tren 75ml/day I figured both would be asking for an ER trip...
Tren aggression is making up for it; plus I don't get periodic adrenal fatigue coma spells...

yes it can be hard on your heart but not if you do 2 short weeks on and off.... I never suggested running it for 8 weeks straight.... not sure where that came from... I have done a lot of research over the years and still read a lot on it as I am still throwing clen into my cycles and I also used it for at least 10 years.... so I am quite experienced with it! If you do it smart, there is no worries.... plus I know for a fact that ECA stack, run with clen cycle acts as keto as well....

and eca stack.... I'm on 3-4 doses a day of 25mg.... and I feel just fine.... clen gives me more shakes.... just saying.... and I'm a small girl... lol
