on a side note.. this blend is 150 prop 75enth 75cyp.. and my first time using anything with prop in it... and I just want to say pip is a bitch.. pinned left delt last night after shoulder workout and it sucks big time today
I absolutely don't believe in overtraining on AAS. It's nothing like training natty where lactic acid and cortisol will throw you into a catabolic mess.
There is a reason the pros do each compound lift 3-4 times a week. Training natty I never hit heavy deadlifts or squats more than once a week (big emphasis on HEAVY -- I do compound movements more than 1x per week).
Regardless -- listen to your body and that will give you the most information. Everyone is different. My biggest concern with overtraining would be joint issues or tendonopathies. Be smart.
thanks bro... yea I haven't had any joint issues to date aside from my knee (which was a fuck up on my part not overtraining)
thinking to splitting my workout to 2x a day.. still doing the same routine just splitting it up
ie Monday would be hams am quads pm
Tuesday chest am arms pm
Wednesday back am shoulders pm
Thursday hams am quads pm
Friday chest am triceps pm
Saturday back am biceps pm
sunday shoulders am traps forearms pm
just so im getting the most outta each workout.. I find sometime if I do chest/tri im lacking motivation and drive by the time I get to triceps
