Hey lads
Just wondering if you guys think I'm ready to go. I've been into the training and dieting scene since I was 13 years old, my dad and I run a boxing gym and I had reached a top standard of boxing by then. Started lifting light weights for rugby at 15(crap diet tho) and was basically obsessed by 17. I got really into my bodybuilding at 18, diet and posing competitions blah blah.
My diet is spot on and I'll post it up if you gys want, but I was gonna save it for the diet forums. I'm an endomorph so gaining is not my main concern, infact it comes easy, but I have alot of trouble with fat and I tend to store it around my mid section FML.
So my stats are as follows:
Age 21
Height:5"7. 170cm
Weight: 89.9 kgs which is a touch under 200
Bf%: dads a doc and his callipers said 11, but I reckon its more 12-14%
Big 3 are:
Bench: 315*6
Deads: 315 *6
Squats: 315*8 ( I just had surgery not too long ago, wont start cycle till I hit 405)
Like I said weight gain not too much of a problem, want to use first cycle to drop into single digits if I can
SO basically do you guys think I'm ready too go once I can squat 405 again, or too young.
P.S Haven't posted up my proosed cycle coz I want your opionions first
