Wanting to do my first Cycle at 37 years old I'm 5'11 and 242 lbs. I know eating clean will be crucial, looking for suggestions on the cycle.

12 weeks of test E or C will do nicely. Have your AI and pct gear on hand before you start.
Good luck.
so you decided to tell a guy who is 5'11 and 250lbs to run a cycle?? thats really smart brother.. great advice!!

did you think that maybe his bodyfat might be too high to run a cycle? and that he will likely experience bad sides from aromatization?

or that he should drop down to 15% bodyfat before running a cycle??

Do you know what your BF% is ? This is important. Pardon me but with your stats you are quite heavy.

OP, any idea what your current bodyfat is sir??

OP see what most vets are asking. As I stated in my first post what is you BF% and that this is important so much due to what is happening and this is one reason why we suggest 15% or lower.
If you don't know then try to get us a picture.

I don't know the site but some others do and maybe someone will post the site with example of men and what their BF% is for comparison.

Post a pic. We ll tell u more accurately than the to many I m o variable involved calipers.

High body fat and the inevitable estro conversion plus the potential impact on total cholesterol, lipids, and cardio/pulmonary efficiency and possible man boob s making milk are potential sides you'd seek to avoid...I presume ???

AAS are really for building muscle, staving off catabolism and not for cutting. That's done in the kitchen and with exersice.
