1. Bold 200 vs. Equipoise/boldenone
2. Tbol vs hdrol/pmag
Question: how do the ph/ds compare to the steroids as far as mass-gains/strength/sides
I have been doing a lot of reading on different forums and I would like some clear and direct answers on the differences between these ph’s and their steroid counterparts. I am planning my first cycle and would like to bulk. Im meso body type, 5’7, 145, 8-9% bf, im pretty cut and I have good strength. Original plan was…
- bold 200 8 weeks
- pmag 5-6 weeks in conjunction with bold 200 after the first 2-3 weeks.
Now….
- would replacing eq. and tbol be a better idea in terms of mass gains and sides? - - - - would I have to run steroids longer than ph/ds’s?
- What would be some good dosage’s taking my size into consideration?
- Final Question: would ostarine be sufficient replacement to eq./bold 200?
Keep in mind this is my first cycle and I would like to play it safe.

some of the gains look great from hdrol alone, why are they so terrible? and i am 20 but i turn 21 in january. im just trying to do all my homework before my cycle. testosterone scares me because its so supressive, im looking for something a bit more mild. btw i eat about 3000 clean calories a day but i also do cardio. should i cut out cardio?

idk ab the pro hormones but any steroid worth its weight is going to suppress you if you use it long enough to get any decent results. prepare for a resounding no from the voices of this board
 
...so you want gains but you want something mild, you want to run a first cycle but you exclude Test as a base, YOU ARE SCARED OF TEST! well with all you said you have no purpose posting in this section, head over to the PH section. Honestly the best way to go would be just using Test as your first cycle but I wouldn't t even do that as of yet seeing you are pretty scrawny and most likely are lacking in proper diet, also yes cutting the cardio would benefit you greatly with putting on some size, not completely but VERY small cardio.
