400-500mg test e/week mon thurs for 12 weeks
arimidex at .5mg/ed but you can start at .25 if you want and titrate or you can wait till you are experiencing signs of gyno....

I dont like nolva alone...I would go with clomid and nolva or toremifene

IGF = insulin growth factor....you dont need that

make sure your diet is down

The only legit site I have found only sells test e as

you can get your post cycle therapy (pct) from rui-products up above...

nolva is weak at boosting test levels IMO...aromadex Im thinkin is arimidex and exemastane is aromasin...no they are not the same...aromasin is prefered

and I those prices are very high...40-50 is about where you should be with 10ml...but im not sure if we are allowed to talk about prices

Clomid 50,50,50,50

Even better is toremifene citrate

I did my first cycle and ran nolva 4 weeks after my cycle. I developed gyno after that and have been trying to reverse it with letro. After using up 2 vials i gave up. I had gyno as a teen and it went away on its own but im obviously prone to gyno. what can i run with my next cycle to ensure the gyno doesnt grow even bigger?

Weeks 1-12 of Test E

I am doing my research on Teutonics suggestion of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 125-250 e 3 d. On cycle.

I like the fact my nuts will stay the same.
1 problem: all research points to lifelong problems if used more then 4 weeks during cycle, but the doses are much higher then the 125-250 recommended that may cause problems.

Now PCT
Def Clomid 4 weeks at 50 mgs

So instead of Nolvadex I will use toremifene citrate
60,60,30,30 with my clomid. Sound Good?

That Torem at Rui is a 60ml bottle, if I came across test-e that cheap I'd flush it down the toilet...

You can also get entire PCT from Need To Build Muscle very competitive!
IMO their products are much better then what is mentioned above.
Good luck however you decide to go bro and yes test only first cycle is best.
