what was your max bench, squat, and dead lift before cycle?

To be completely honest, i have no idea. I developed overtraining injuries when i was younger training powerlifting, and for whatever reason, they will not heal. Anytime i start to train within my true 1-5 rep range, they start to flare up again. I have almost no interest in my numbers beyond what they can do for my body as i'm much more interested in bodybuilding now.

As a reference though, when I was in the 132 pound class in high school, I had a 260 raw bench, 425 squat with knee wraps, and 405 deadlift. Bench is probly around the same maybe higher, squat and deadlift are most likely considerably lower atm though.
 
DAY 18

was about to leave for class this morning when raging hard-on came out of nowhere....so had to rub one out fast, or else i woulda been walking around with a large banana in my pants! Wish i had that feeling pre-cycle lol

Workout felt good, strength seemed to be up slightly, pretty decent pump, ok energy level.
 
day 19

*12.5mg aromasin only

So far up about 9 pounds from baseline at this point, but to be completely honest i think its mostly water weight as im only taking 12.5mg of stane. I don't notice much of a difference looking in the mirror. In fact, i think i might have gained a little bit of fat....could just be the water weight though. Reguardless i still think its early as its only week 3, so I will be sitting tight and hoping for the best for the next 3 weeks.

Workout felt good, still feel human but did notice strength was up in every bi' and tri exercise so increased weight accordingly!
 
DAY 22

*pinned 250mg test-e/ 12.5 mg aromasin....pin was particularly painful today...all other pins have been pretty much painless...this one hurt like a bitch, while sticking and while shooting. maybe i had my glute flexxed or something?

WEIGHT: 176

Weekend was shit, could have eaten better and went out with freinds saturday night and drank...I think my weight reflects it. reguardless, i felt very swoll and pumped before going out sat night, muscles just felt great.

Also starting to notice very slight pimples...couple small ones on face, one on back and one on chest. Really wouldn't notice without looking in a mirror and searching hard for a while though...(which i do)

Outside of the gym i still don't feel much different...once in a while i feel kind of swollen up. However, in the gym is where i feel the test the most so far.

All my lifts are now up about 10-20 pounds and intensity is definitely higher. I also notice a better pump in the gym as well!

DAY 24

WEIGHT: 177

today is an off-day, going back in for legs tomorro though. As for yesterday, missed log, so gonna recap workout and how it felt.

Did chest/tri's yesterday and if there was any doubt that the test was kicking in, the workout answered it. Hit bench press for 225x8 compared to about 200x6-7 pre cycle. Intensity was high, Strength was up on all lifts. My only concern is that my weight hasn't jumped up a whole lot. Technically it's still somewhat early, but im hovering at about 9-10 pounds above baseline at the moment. Been taking in a lot of protein and overall calories. I think i could probly eat a bit more, but i seem to put fat on easy lately, and i don't know if those extra calories will turn to gains or just fat. Really hoping i can get another 10 pounds at least out of this cycle.

It's possible but i was more referring to 1 year ago to now. About a year ago i noticed, with no changes in diet or training, that i was carrying more bodyfat. It's most likely due to just aging and slowing metabolism and declining hormones. Regadless, while on this cycle ive been taking in alot of calories, but not neccecarily clean ones. I want to build muscle, gain weight and bulk, I just don't want a fat ass and love handles to go with it if i can avoid it....diet's a bitch!
 
DAY 27

*did 300 mg pin on thursday/ still following 6.5 -12.5 aromasin ed

been a fairly busy week so missed a couple logs, but still been very active with my diet and training. Thursday i trained legs and yesterday arms and shoulders. Both workouts were excellent. Strength is definitely up, endurance is up, and pump is way up.

Taking weekend off like usual to let my body rest and gonna hit the gym hard on monday.

Some sides im noticing: slight pimples here and there, slight increase in aggression, and morning wood. Other than that, been pretty normal outside the weight room. Weight is still hovering around 176. Starting week 5 on monday!
 
DAY 29

Bodyweight still the same, noticing a couple more pimples here and there. Feel like i'm starting to notice some slight changes in the mirror but very minor. Drive and strength in the weight room is continuing to go up, so been increasing weight and volume accordingly.

Workout was good, starting to notice a little more mass on me. obviously, I feel I look real good with a pump, unfortunately, once the pump goes away i don't think i look as great.
 
DAY 41

Well im back after taking a break from posting, but not much has changed unfortunately, which is why i havent really bothered to post. Weight is still around 176 (been there since week 2) even after increasing calories. Been spending alot of money on the buffet as well as groceries so im kinda disheartened to have only gained 9 pounds so far. And as im approaching 7 weeks in, i dont know if its gonna get any better.

Workouts have generally been great, strength, intensity and pump in the gym are up, but its outside the gym where i start to wonder if my shit is underdosed. I've experienced very very little acne (a good thing i guess) libido is the same as ever (morning wood is the only difference) and i've never really felt this "alpha male" feeling.

In the mirror i notice slight changes in muscle size, but at the cost of a little bit more fat (from the extra calories). i've never really felt "bloated" or had any signs of gyno (once again a good thing i suppose) but that could also be because im taking 6.5-12.5 mg aromasin every day.

So far im not too impressed with my cycle. I understand completely its not a "miracle drug" but i thought i could get a bit more out of this. I'm not done with my cycle yet, so hopefully I can put on a bit more mass before its over. Unfortunately though, my vials were certainly not 10 cc's and i don't think ill get the full 12 weeks i wanted. They seem to be more like 8.5-9 cc's. Any company that would "jew" a person like that would probably underdose there shit as well (at least that's my thinking).

Reguardless, I will be getting blood tests to confirm or deny my suspisions before my cycle is over. So before everyone jumps on me that "its not a miracle drug" and "your diet must be shit" and "your workouts must be shit"....at least wait for my blood tests to come in. At which point, if its not underdosed....i will take full responsibility for my lack of dedication in one or all of those areas (though i don't think this is the case).

fuck it, heres a couple one-handed rear lat spreads before i took a shower lol..

....notice the extra fat on the obliques taking away from the effect of the v-taper....this is where i seem to hold most of my fat. After a few more bulking cycles, i'm def looking forward to seeing how a low calorie/fat diet and cutting cycle will help.
 
Thanks yeah it was a fun little run...enjoying this IGF-1 DES during PCT, too. Ready for the 'real deal' next year though!
 
well since my libido has been pretty much unchanged during entire cycle, i started wondering if it was the aromasin killing off too much estrogen, so i stopped the stane alltogether a few days ago....so far i feel no different, libido still same as pre-cycle, and feeling exactly as i did while taking the aromasin. Really starting to wonder if my test is underdosed...
 
DAY 51

WEIGHT: 177

stopped aromasin about 4 days ago, have noticed no differences in libido, strength, aggression, or sides despite the fact.

Workouts continue to be good, but have pretty much hit their peak. Strength and energy levels are great but have been about the same for a few weeks now.

I'm definitely a bit dissapointed with the cycle so far. I pretty much gained all my weight by day 12...which seems odd with such a long ester. I'm of the opinion that this is definitely tesosterone, as ive noticed morning wood, slight testicular atrophy, weight gain and strength gain.

I'm definitely thinking that it's underdosed though, libido has been the same since pre-cycle, have had no major acne or backne....I overall have not had any feeling of being an "alpha male", no bloat even after stopping aromasin, and the mirror isn't showing me any sort of changes that i can see. Also, the weight and strength gains just don't seem on par with what i've heard of, especially for a first timer.

Still busting my ass in the gym and eating as much as i can regardless though, and just started on my last vial!
