To be completely honest, i have no idea. I developed overtraining injuries when i was younger training powerlifting, and for whatever reason, they will not heal. Anytime i start to train within my true 1-5 rep range, they start to flare up again. I have almost no interest in my numbers beyond what they can do for my body as i'm much more interested in bodybuilding now.
As a reference though, when I was in the 132 pound class in high school, I had a 260 raw bench, 425 squat with knee wraps, and 405 deadlift. Bench is probly around the same maybe higher, squat and deadlift are most likely considerably lower atm though.
what was your max bench, squat, and dead lift before cycle?
