Hello guys just want some ideas on this. Am 42 started training seriously again after some big injuroes. I have torn pec with sublocating shoulder, partial bicep tear both not operated on yet, (have steroid cortisode injections 3 times a year) had right forearm fasciotomy. Plus op for right medial meniscus tear in left knee. I am not aiming to be a super-mutant just be toned more than I am now. Stat's 5'10 82kg around 10% bf. Upright pec fly on machine max out at 100kg considering was told I would never do that exercise again am pleased so far. Bench is low weight high reps low weight 40kg each side plus bar. 6 sets 15 reps. These 2 exercises are my main problematic areas due to load on injured areas.
was advised the following 6 week cycle
1st week mon 1 ml Nandotest 350
+1 oxy ed
2nd week 1ml nandotest mon a thurs
+ 1 oyx ed
3rd week same as week 2
4th week 1ml nandotest mon and thurs
+ 2 oxy ed split
5th week same as week 4
6th week 1ml nandotest mon
+ 2 oxy ed.
Does that sound reasonable for building some strength n tone. Only other concern is sides of mood swings is this likely?

Not a good cycle plan. I am assuming the AAS you are talking about is a blend of test and deca? You need to research this way more and you need to be tested for low t at your age. I think that a test only cycle will be good for you and you will get great results. You need to get an aromatase inhibitor and some hcg for your cycle. You also need to run the cycle for at least 12 weeks. Test e and deca both take a while to kick in. We are all here to help you out bud, but you got to read those stickies posted on the first page of the anabolic steroid forum.

Agree, seems too much to start.

Limit 1st cycle to 1 compound, test.

Have you discussed with your physician testosterone replacement therapy? If not, I'd recommend doing that. I'm on TRT. Many here are. It's safer than the alternatives, you know the test cypionate (in my experience it's always test cypionate) is pharmacy grade, with blood and lab work and doctor supervision built in.

There are a bunch of excellent threads on TRT on this forum.
