First cycle EVER

I'm 19 years old and I've been training for 5 years, I've been stuck at the same height since I was 15, 5'7. And I can't seem to get the results I want naturally,(huge arms, back). I've been learning about different steroids for a few months now and I think I'm going to try EQ. I want to gain 20 lean pounds, no water weight. Any suggestions/tips?

Prepare and have an outstanding diet to gain weight, lift weights after proper research, be nice to your mother.

Don't even consider roids for at least 5 years.
 
I have a few friends doing them who are only a few years older then me and they look good but I don't know wther their healthy or not, so thats why I'm asking for advice here.
 
Your too young. Whatever u usually eat every day, multiply it by atleast 2. I started pumpin iron when I was 15 and I was only 145 lbs. My older brother and all his friends were takin steroids but I didn't touch them until I reached my natural goal of 200 pounds. I am a very hard gainer and I made myself eat 4 to 5000 calories a day and I did reach my goal. Now I'm 26 and I'm just starting my second cycle and I couldn't be happier that I waited this long. Just thought id share my story with you. Hope u do the right thing.

wait on the roids.

get into the diet section and training section. get help in taking those 2 to where they need to be for natty weight-gain first and get plenty of rest.

what is your weight and body fat percentage?

what does your current diet look like?

what is your training load like?
 
Best wait on the gear my friend. I doubt your growth plates have closed yet and by using AAS, you are pretty much gambling with the fact that any future natural growth you may have will be in the shitcan. Using AAS too early can stunt your growth. I'd wait at least 3 years if I were you until you are 22 at the very least. Also, use that time to get your diet and training down and gain as much as you can naturally until you hit your own personal genetic peak and then you can consider doing AAS. Waiting is the best advice one can give you at this present time. Cheers :)

Best to wait. You're risking closing your growth plates. Would you rather be taller or would you rather be masstier?

Also, at the age of 19, your test should be through the roof.

If anything, start some creatine. Reconsider roids again @ 23/24/25.

Do some research.
 
I'm currently 5'7 and 172, 11-13 % bf. I'm pretty big for someone my age and height already but I'm pretty sure I'm done growing, I'm the same height as my father, all the men in my family are short. I also had to bust my ass to get from 160 to 172.
 
lol i workout 4 days a week (weights) and box twice. Wtf man I'm getting frustrated here. I've put on weight before but it goes straight to my stomach, then it takes me about a week to get rid of it and I'm back where I started.

for the OP, im 30, only started aas this year, i ndidnt even use creatine until i was 24 (started at 21), i only knew about fkn cell-tech.....i got up to 225 at one point NATURAL, cut back to 205-210 lean and natural, and im fkn 5'8

you obviously dont eat enuff, if your a hardgainer eat junk, i was a 'hardgainer' i thought, but weed and alot of cals changed that!

forget about growth plates, if you cant gain somewhat naturally, and need gear at 19, fkn youll need to juice anytime you want to add seeing you never figured out how to do it naturally, and who says gear is going to solve this if you dont eat enuff, theres no calories in any vial by any lab bud
 
Hey GoldenGloves, I know how badly you want to hit the juice right now but what the other guys are saying is 100% legit. In my case I was stuck at 5'7 until I was 21 years old and then I shot up to 5'10...had I started using gear before then I would've stayed pretty short. Plus it's not really about height either, when you do a cycle you limit your future gains with that cycle should you do another one, which is why it's advised to start small...in your case with the extra natty test floating through your body you don't need the juice to make a difference.

Key in your diet and training and focus on that. You'll be glad you did.

if you start to put on to much wieght in your stomach then your diet is off. too much wieght is not to be confused with small amounts of BF that you have to put on in order to grow. muscles only grow in an environment with an excess in calories and BF only drops in an environment with a deficit in calories cant have your cake and eat it to. i know it sucks but if you start the roids now your just looking for the easy way out wait untill you know what your doing first. planning on starting an EQ only first cycle proves that you have not dont your research enough. eq is best saved for anything but you very first cycle.

and again i dont want to be there bearer of bad news but on any normal cycle your not going to put on 20 lbs of muscle without water wieght. steroids arent magic they still require work and knowledge of the body.

save it for when you KNOW youve reached your natural peak
