First Cycle for Ectomorph

I'm an Ectomorph and have been in the gym for almost 3 years now and I've decided to start a cycle. Im going to just be running Sustanon 250mg 2 pins a week as well as an estrogen blocker.
I've been told that at my build I should expect a good bit of weight increase through my first cycle as I am 6' 2" and 150-160lbs.
My diet as of right now is:
Morning-4 eggs and Mass Gainer Shake (700 calorie shake)
First lunch-1 sweet potato and 2 granola bars
Second lunch-1 cup of white rice and fish or chicken
Dinner-Chicken or fish 2 cups of white rice and sometimes a type of pasta thrown in
Evening snack- Mass Gainer (700 calories)
Would I need to increase my diet or should that be enough when on a cycle?

If you have been training for 3 years you should be way heavier than 150-160lbs for a man of your size. Somewhere along the way you have failed. I think you should start researching on diet and training and get that in check before you even think about starting a cycle.

Thanks Milton.
I've been cruising around the forum since November just sucking up info and reading the various stickies and threads. When I have a question or think I have something to offer I will create a thread.

Really looking forward being a part of this community.

Tak my friend do let us know and please introduce yourself to the forums so the gang huddled around the campfire here can give you the proper welcome!

Spot on and tak to you ;) I will put up a thread one of these days with a short introduction letting you guys know who I am, my stats and my training experience so far.

And as you already noticed I´m Danish so a mess up here and there in the grammar is inevitable.

No worries my friend all good. By the way I have loved & enjoyed many of your national products there. Preferably the 5 7', long blond hair, blue eye ones :) and each girl taught me to eat that black licorice that you all have there early in the morning first thing in the morning, so there's your proof :) Go Denmark!!!

Oh I see we have more than one thing in common ;) I feel blessed everytime I walk outside and look at the women we can produce here in Denmark but really Scandinavian girls in general is top of the line :D And just took your advice and created a little post with a short introduction and pics from start of my journey to my current form :)

I'm an ecto. When I learned how to eat and train I made good gains. It took about 2yrs to figure my body out.

Hey Welcome to the board ! :wavey: Milton and 3j told you really all you need to get started. Read and learn then ask what you need clarification with.

I'm an Ecto 65 years old now, still on the thin side to say the least when I'm not training much. I had to get through my mind back in the 80's that when I thought I was eating enough I wasn't. It took a real excess of calories for me. I basically ate everyday until I was almost sick. I carried a mall cooler with me everywhere.

Good luck you're on the right path coming in here .

I appreciate all the advice guys that was a broad idea of my diet and I'll check the sources for further advice on my diet. I've made strength increases I should've mentioned just not much of a mass gain. Idk if my previous training for wrestling has messed with my metabolism as I have had to drop from 165 lbs to 145 multiple seasons and ever since I haven't been able to gain weight since. Idk if that would have anything to do with a bit of fly issue but I will check out the links I appreciate the advice once again.

I think that is in nutrition. Eat. and eat a lot. Don't even run a cycle until you get a handle on your diet. There are guys here who could be a great help to you.

You need to eat more and train more before considering AAS. You're a bean pole at the moment and aren't following a diet conducive to growth. To go on cycle now would waste your money and time, because you won't be provided the body what it needs.
