first cycle...frustrating...worst workout ever..

it's my first week of first cycle..
i'm taking test e 250 twice a week.

my first pinning was about two days ago.
yesterday i worked on my arms and my strength scared the shit out of me. thought maybe it was placebo effect.

i pinned it on my quad so it's been getting sore and more sore as time went on.

my diet has not changed. nothing has changed. i got same rest i usually get.

today was leg day. even though my quad was sore from pinning i was gonna do it anyways.

i don't kno if it was because of soreness or whatever it was. i had no strength, no energy, my muscle felt tingly like when you have cold flu, and i felt like i was just gonna collapse and melt into the ground.

my body felt like i had flu. but i don't have flu. i feel fine right now.

could it be the muscle soreness from pinning? yesterday's arm work out was amazing. but today i couldn't even finish my work out. first time in FOREVER.

anybody had similar experience? i'm just so frustrated cuz i haven't had this bad of workout in years.
 
its because youve never pinned before. its totally natural bro and will go away eventually. and you will start feeling the test in about 4-6 weeks
 
Yeah it is too soon for effects from that ester yet!!!
I think you are doing what MANY first timers do and that is let your mental state get away from you!!!
Your mind is powerful and can cause you to feel nauseous even when nothing is wrong!! I've seen dudes think they are on bunk gear and actually lose weight cause mentally they beleive the gear is fake. Then 10 pounds lost later, go to the doc for labs just to prove it to themselves that their test levels are still low and have the doctor tell them their levels are over 2000!!!!
You see, test can be HIGH as hell and if your receptors don't pick it up it is absolutely POINTLESS!!!! And if you don't think MENTALLY you can suppress your androgen receptors and shut them down to the uptake of that Test then study up and ask an endocrinologist!!! Cause you can!!!

Best thing one can do on gear is relax, stay off the scales EVERY day and just keep a healthy mindset!!! After a reasonable amount of time on Test E (4-6 weeks) then step on the scale and assess your progress. That is when things are either apparent or not!!!

r u saying stress of pinning and soreness is causing the body to weaken? i'm not stressed about my weight or fast result.

i'm stressed because i've never had such bad work out and felt like this, even before i pinned.

so i'm trying to figure out if my soreness and stress from pinning caused my leg work out to flunk.
 
as far as diet goes, it remained the same. Only changes i could think of is, i stopped taking MDrol when i started the cycle and i switched my pre workout from 1MR to Monster Pump which i'm not very fond of.
