Recently picked up two 10ml vials of Test Cyp (200mg/ml) and was thinking about running a short 10 week cycle pinning every 7th day, my goal would be to ''lean bulk'' (fucking hate that term :flamingma ) out of a cut I'm on right now, got a couple of weeks (3-4) left. My plan would be to reverse diet slowly up to maintainance calories then start my cycle, slowly adding calories every week as the cycle goes on (I'm counting macros fyi), still doing cardio as I did (do) on my cut but simply taper it down with time, my metabolism is pretty slow so I don't have to eat much to gain weight and I know my body quite well to know how much I need to eat to drop/gain or maintain weight.
I know that you shouldn't really ''expect'' stuff out of your cycles because sometimes you'll get unrealistic but I'd like to get about 10 solid pounds of lean mass out of this cycle to kind of recomp, but that's maybe a bit much on only 400mgs a week(?) depending on how potent this stuff is (The brand is Inter-Pharma). I got adex, nolva and clomid (all from Inter-Pharma) at hand and was thinking about running 0.5mg adex EOD from week 2 to keep dry and my PCT would be nolva and clomid (couldn't get my hands on HCG). What dosages do you guys recommend for my pct? I got a total of fifty 50mg tabs of clomid, and a hundred 10mgs of nolva. Share your opinions, thanks! :)

First cycle, give me an opinion! Thanks.

First off I have to say that I was retarded enough to post in the my cycle forum by accident, I've only used ******** forums before so I don't know how to remove that shit, anyone feel free to tell me.

one time a week will take you on a rollercoaster ride.. the half life of the test is 7 days.. you always inject half of the half life or 3.5 days

tell us a bit more about yourself

age
weight
height
training history

whats your diet going to look like on this cycle??

Damn I might be in trouble then, I only ordered 10 greens and 10 blues, was going to use the greens to withdraw with, should i draw with the same as i inject with to be able to do it twice a week?

I'm 28, been training for 7 years and i'm 176 at around 14%bf aiming for 12% in a couple of weeks, height 5'7, small bone structure and very small joints so I have pretty good proportions naturally. I'm more experienced in strength training as I've trained as a powerlifter for more then half of my lifting time but have started to lean towards bodybuilding, I like the old school bodybuilding and not so much the modern day shit going on. I usually use a powerlifting base program for half of the year and more of a brosplit as I diet beacuse as you know rest periods are longer when using close to max weight. I usually train five times a week, sometimes seven if you include doing stuff like forearms, calves and abs, I honestly just like being there. Oh and right now my occupation has to do with construction work so my energy output is fairly high, other then the gym and work I tend to sit at the computer alot though but I'd say I'm fairly active.

On cycle I'm going to train five times a week, targeting mostly weak points (chest, arms and legs, with chest and arms being the most lagging) split will look a little something like this
Mon 1.Chest/2.Biceps/3.Forearms
Tue 1.Quads/2.triceps/3.Hamstrings/4.calves
Wed 1.Shoulders/2.back
Thurs - rest/cardio 40min cardio
Fri 1.Chest/2.biceps/3.Forearms
Sat 1.quads/2.triceps/3.Hamstrings/4.calves
Sun rest/cardio
I know it looks retarded but let me explain one thing.
My hamstrings and back is the best bodyparts I have right now, shoulders are decent. But my chest is lagging a shit ton and so are my arms, when training for powerlifting most focus on the bench is the triceps and shoulders, and for the squat it's more hamstrings then quads.
I numbered the priority of each bodypart trained that day, as with the legs and tricep day, Quads first, triceps second giving my legs a bit of rest so my hammies then are ready after. On the back and shoulder day I will mostly just do lat work because my upperback is better, I won't do any front delt work either as I get that through all the chest work.

I don't know how you can pair shoulders and back together. Back workouts tax the shoulders already. So if you basically pre-exhaust your shoulders before hitting back, I don't see how you can get a good workout...

Sorry I meant, As I diet*
Btw check my edit on the last post.

but you havn't answered the question.. whats your diet going to look like??

i ask because 80% of your progress comes from nutrition.. you cant half ass your nutrition.. you cant play a guessing game

As I said, my back is my strong point, it grows no matter what I do honestly, and I will only be training side and rear delts as shoulders. I know that this day won't be optimal but that's the best way this split will work if I want my weak points to become better, I'm very aware of this.
I'm going to start this session with behind the neck presses without super setting with anything, as a mainmovement, then I will super set laterals with stuff like pullups and pulldowns, pullovers and cable pulls, I won't go balls to the walls with the back work, I just want to do enough to keep it maintained and I'm sure it will grow anyway, I'm geneticly gifted at that department I'd say.

Sorry about that.
Well since I'm counting macros I'll use a percentage split, I like a 35% pro 45% carb and 20% fat ratio, food staples that I will be using to take in my macros will be, oats, nuts, eggs, protein powder, bread, beef, milk, greens as spinach and green peas, natural peanut butter and chicken. What my calorie intake will be I don't know yet because that's the first part I will figure out as I come out of this cut, I'll gradually at calories until I come to a surplus.

Will say this, for about the price you paid for one of those jugs of test, you can have a diet plan that will shadow anything 2000 mgs of test will give you. Not many guarantees in life, but this is one of them
