First cycle help

I am have been researching this for a while now and am ready to try my first cycle. My stats are
age 28
weight 175
height 6'1
body fat percent 12%

suppliments:
*whey
*creatine
*multi vitimans

an example of my diet is:


meal 1: 3 eggs, oatmeal and milk
meal 2: beef, brown rice, broccilli
meal 3: 2 chicken breasts, broccolli, nuts
meal 4: itra workout drink 36oz water and a scoop of sizeon
meal 5: post workout protien shake 65g protien in 24oz of whole milk, peanut butter on whole wheat toast
meal 6: salmon, broccolli, and brown rice
meal 7: 2 hard boiled eggs and 2 cups yougart with a bananna


training schedule:
monday-saturday 90 minutes a day
sunday rest day


First cycle thought:
Test E 00mg a week- 200mg Monday am and 200mg Thursday pm for 10 weeks
dbol 40mg a day- 20mg in am and 20mg in pm for the first 4 weeks
Clomid 50mg 1 week after last injection everyday for 3 weeks

How does this sound for a first cycle?
 
almost exactly same as my 1st cycle .. i liked the dbol kicker for 4 weeks .. test will stay in the system longer than a week tho .. so i would suggest u move the post cycle therapy (pct) clomid back to 2 weeks after last pin ..

i would prob rather use nolva over clomid personally ..

but looks good buddy . lift heavy and hard !
 
should i stay on anything for gyno or just wait and see if I need it? Also what would is the best for gyno?
 
some people say to use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) from the start of a cycle , before sides begin .. some prefer to wait and see if they even get sides ..

i didnt run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) from the start but then started to get sore/swollen nipples .. then began to use letro to clear it up .

Just make sure u have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand incase u develope sides , Arimidex is good if u catch the symptoms fast .. if you do develope gyno then letro is the only effective answer imo .

Welcome to Ology. Like someone said Test only 1st cycle. Ur light at 6'1" to be cycling though. Also why are u training 6 days a week ? That's over kill man. Try to get it down to 3-4 days a week, low reps heavy weight. Pack in them calories and see if u can gain some lbs. before cycling.
 
Yeah i agree test e only that was my first injectable cycle 500mg wk enanthate is great you need to feel and see how the test is treating you the d ball will throw you off besides its mostly fake weight anyhow
