Sust is an odd duck. It's blend of 4 different esters, all with different half lives, or think of it as release times. It was originally made for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) so that patients would need fewer injections. The idea is, if you go to the Dr. office to get your injections, and only want to go like every other week, the shortest ester gives you a little pop right away, and the other 3 all rise and fall at different rates so you always have something in your system, at least until it's time for the next one. For body building, you really want to get your levels up, and keep them up for your full cycle, then you want them to clear so you can start post cycle therapy (pct). The problem with blends is that although you do get the short ester kick in the beginning, it's not a very big kick because it's only part of the blend, you have to wait for the longest ester to build up before you really hit peak levels. Same problem at the end of the cycle, most of it's cleared, so you're levels are down, but they're not down all the way, you still have to wait for the longest ester to clear so you can start post cycle therapy (pct). Single esters like C or E build to peak faster, and have a predictable half life so timing the start of post cycle therapy (pct) is much easier. I know some guys love blends, but I'm not one of them. If you want to use it, you'll need to do a little more research on post cycle therapy (pct) timing, I think it's 3 weeks, but since I don't use it, I'm not sure.
I almost started in on front loading and kick starting, but this is your first, keep it simple.
