If you keep you diet on spot going into and past pct you should hold on to a lot of that weight,, unless your planning on going into a slight cut phase (which some guys do to see the muscle just built). Depends on water weight as well,, have you checked your blood pressure? Right now being on cycle your muscles are filled with blood, water, nutrients, glycogen stores, the cells have volumized (giving you that swole look and feel),, all a good thing, unless your holding excessive water and BP is high..
Keep your protein intake high, that will help with nitrogen retention naturally (the gear has been keeping this up for you).

As for pre loading syringes,, some guys do it. You could just draw and on last injection you only end up with a half a cc left, no biggy you can still inject that and be done
 
BP was good when I went to the docs a few months back, BP was good when they did my hormone panel too (an unexpected check there actually)

I'm with 3J until September something so.. everything will be taken care of diet wise, believe that.

I'm actually pumped to cut, but we're gonna wait it out until probably 2 months beyond PCT's ending. Just in time for summer! And, I drop weight pretty well cause I'm not huge into stuffing my face like I am in this bulk.

Cool.. Yeah I went with 3j my last cycle. It was a clean bulk, no raise in bf, I kept up the diet plan even after the cycle. Went from 163-187 at 12% bf (reason I was so light to begin with though is that I was coming back from back surgery and had lost weight)

Fuck yeah, that's some awesome gainage! 163 at 12% isn't bad in my opinion as a starting point. Considering the lean mass, particularly. How tall though? It's beyond questioning it all, but just out of curiosity.

I'm 5'10".. I was 12% bf at 187 at the end, kept my gains for awhile cause I cruised On primo and trt... Had a health condition that recently took me out of the game for a bit , but I'm back in it now starting another cycle (think it's my 4th) Hoping to be around 200 lbs and around 10% bf when finished, it's a 22 week long cycle consisting of a kick start, clean bulk, then cutting on mast and primo at the tail end.

When I started lifting and did my first cycle I was only 147 lbs. Putting on 40 lbs and staying low BF has all been because of the proper diet and eating clean..,I pretty much stick to the diet 3j set up for me year round (except not always the carb cycling)

Yeah, procrastinations a bitch lol

Everything is going well. Cycle is coming to a close with PCT beginning Thursday. I took my final shot of HCG this morning and basically just keeping up on my AI until PCT.

My weight is sticking right now.. 200 even was my last weigh in. We've added food, but I just implemented my standard dose of T4 back into the mix. It could prove to be a pain to gain anymore from here on.. but once the exogenous testosterone is out completely there will be no issues. It's absolutely necessary that I get my T4 back up to par so I'm normal coming out of the cycle or I'll throw on fat and feel like shit for a week.. Next time around I'll be able to time when to lessen my T4 dose and when to raise it ALOT better.

Anyhow.. I've changed my training to a 3 day Push/Pull split as my work has picked up like crazy, and being that I won't have Test to fall back on.. I'll need longer recovery periods.

My diet is always on the rise basically. Nothing too new there.

PCT started today, feels good to have gone through all the motions of a proper cycle, especially looking back to when I just started researching about it all.

Work has been full of overtime lately and it's forced me to change my daily routine. I'll have to say, today especially before work I messaged 3J saying "let's just sit at the weight I'm at, cause work's getting in the way".. I was pretty discouraged, and didn't really have the motivation to go the extra mile (not to mention I woke up on the wrong side). 3J told me and my woman.. we need to eat, and we've got to dedicate ourselves to it..

This is why 3J is awesome, and why I will absolutely recommend his services to anyone willing to change. He will be there to bust your ass when you mess up, and he'll be there to congratulate you on solid progress! He's professional in his delivery, and cares about his clients. If he doesn't.. he does a good job at faking it hahah

201lbs today. Moving slower than before, I just need to stick to the plan and bust this shit out. It's a lot to stomach and I don't know many who could do it.. but I'm willing to make the sacrifices it takes. Cause fuck failing. I saw a picture of a few of his clients today after reading around and saw a few who were clearly at the latter stages of a bulk.. muscular but pretty fat too. This gave me hope that, even though I'm putting on more fat than I'd necessarily like to, I know it's all part of the plan and need to just keep on keepin on. Still looking forward to the months ahead, just as I was back in September.

I'll try to keep up on this log, I know I'm a little inconsistent lately. Thanks to those who read, and to any new people that come reading this or just anyone interested in his services.. get with 3J he'll take care of you and is totally worth the money.
 
How about a before and after cycle set of pics would love to see the progress you made

I'll get in a good workout or two and get in an after picture this weekend for you. I definitely filled out well, wasn't the best results I've seen.. but it was a great experience with pretty good results. I know plenty for next time around :)
 
Alright, I took some pics but really am not satisfied with the way I look at the moment and am going to wait on the whole posting a picture thing. It's got nothing to do with what you guys will say or think, but rather the way I feel about my body at the moment. I'm my most harsh critic honestly.

So, Week 1 of 4 (PCT) ended on Thursday. I'm feeling normal really, not any kind of down feelings, not even mood swings from the Clomid even. Could see that in the next couple weeks though who knows.

As far as normal life goes, I've upped my T4 dose back to it's prescribed level, to keep me from being hypo as the exogenous test leaves the system. My work has picked up tremendously, OT every night, and working Saturdays.. this has greatly affected my workout schedule and slightly agitated my eating. I'm physically exhausted most days after work and have no energy to go into the gym and do my normal routines.. I've been sweating like crazy at work, not sure if it's the medication, or the temperature in the factory or both.. but I went from 201lbs to 197.25lbs in a single week. This could be water, or lack of food (I had a hiccup last Sunday with stomaching anything).. A bump in the road for this long long journey ahead. Not sweating it too much.

I will post pictures and stuff at my own discretion.. basically when I see myself in the mirror and go.. damn everythings well put together today. Typically this happens when my training is consistent and I have nice fullness all around. I just hope I get a second wind as the next few weeks roll on.. maybe I'll get used to the extra work and feel like throwing weights around after 8 1/2 hours of building automobiles..

To close... I'm doing well overall. Wallets filling up at the expense of my training, but my diet is still being managed well to at the very least spare what I have gained. :) Thanks to 3J of course.

I've switched up my training, I forgot to mention in previous posts. Went from 3J's Reverse Pyramid routine, to a 3-day Push/Pull routine. I do Chest/Back, Legs/Shoulders, and Arms. I don't prioritize shoulders that much, as they're hit decently on my first workout of the week. I will say, I don't plan on being on this routine permanently and that I really enjoyed 3J's plan.. it kept me solid all week, and it's nice to hit each group individually. I will be going back to it when my work slows down (month or two), OR, when I start cutting.

Changing up my training has really lightened up the stress of my extra work, gives me a little more time to recover through the week, and I still hit every muscle group.. Not too bad really.. I am much softer throughout the week, probably the biggest reason I don't want to post a pic to be honest. I look decent, but it's not as good as the progress pics I posted in the open a few weeks back.

I have been able to get in some tanning on the mornings after my rest days.. getting summer ready a little early this year. I should have some Melanotan II here in a bit, looking forward to running that through summer. Might help drop my bodyfat a little too, who knows! :]]]

How much weight did you gain after this cycle and how much strenght?
 
Sure, I started my bulk at 178, gained 3-5lbs and then started cycle. At my highest weight I was 201, fasted, first thing in the morning.

I'm on Week 3 of PCT, and am at 196.5lbs. Unfortunately, there are many factors that could have caused the loss, some controllable, some not.. it's hard to say exactly. But either way, nearly over 20lbs while on and I had a few weeks of complications during cycle that I didn't gain anything. (Drug interaction made me lower my prescribed thyroid dose to get me gaining again).

So, weight 183lbs to 201lbs, now I'm 196-197lbs. Not the worst, not the best. I'm happy with the experience and the gear was good to go, nearly 0 pip (any I did have was my own fault).

In terms of strength, I saw very noticeable improvements in aggression in the gym, motivation in the gym and life, and definitely a clear improvement of strength.. nothing like the immediate strength of an oral, but it's just enough that you don't get stupid with weight in my opinion, keeps you humble and focused. Basically, I went from dropping 10-20lbs per set to get more reps to only 5-10lbs and capable of doing additional sets to boot.

For example :

Starting dumbbell press - I'd go 75-80lbs/4reps, then drop to 65-70lbs/6, (55-60/8, 30/20) Superset

On cycle I was capable of consistently dropping only 5lbs off and doing two high rep extra sets. 85/4, 80/6, 75/8, 70/10, (65/12, 40/20) Superset

So I'd aim to improve one exercise per day like that.. and do my normals for the other movements. Typically I'd add major volume like that to my compound movements, and leave the isolation the same.
