Whats goin on Family. Im a D3 Football player 28 years old (went to the military first), went from playing Offensive Line at 240lbs, now im about 227lbs bf% in the high teens. Im about to start my first cycle of Test on Monday. Im writing to see if you guys can give any guidance, or guidelines so that I can maximize my results. I lift with my team but its honestly basic lifts nothing challenging. My goal is to get between 215-220 and get that body fat % between 5-7% by August. Is that feasible? Im open to any help and I look forward to hearing from you guys.

I'm far from a vet or a pro but test isn't really Ideal for cutting like you want. I'm sure others are going to tell you proper diet and cardio. I can't speak on cutting compounds cuz I've never used em but what your looking to do does not require test from my understanding. Good luck

well what if im changing my position to say Linebacker its not moreso the sport I want to take it for. its my body id like to get some muscle mass and strength, and honestly a confidence booster I have a vision of what I want my body to look like and Im willing to work, but having the Test already id like to try it out

You can cut while using test, it will allow you to get away with a harsher diet while even adding muscle mass (although the gains won't be that great eating at a deficit). If you have your diet/ training in check, I don't see why you wouldn't see great results.

But if your diet is crap, you're wasting your time from the start. I can't stress that enough.

So here's how I'd run the cycle if I were you: 300mg - 400mg per week (injected twice/ week) and I would run an ECA stack along. Last but not least, don't forget your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and proper PCT (I assume you've done your homework on that)

What is your eating and training like? you say you hit the weights with your teammates but not hard or very good. So why don't you try challenging yourself some more read up on routines and lay some out for yourself. I'm not saying steroids are not for you but they open up a world that can be very addictive with some pros and a lot of cons. You really should push yourself naturally as far as you can before getting into them. You may really surprise yourself at what you can accomplish with proper training. From the goals you laid out you could easily achieve what you want with diet and a good cardio like (HIIT) along with weight training.
